In the middle of a fairly elegant room, a strange-looking man with a prominently long nose, small dark eyes, and short orange hair asked in a solemn voice. He was staring intently at a projection showing a news broadcast displaying helicopter footage of the symbol of peace and a man in dark armor fighting on a mountain.
“There is no confirmation yet, but the analysis of his attack pattern revealed a close similarity of 62% to what was seen of him at the UA Sports Festival.” A man dressed in a black suit with long hair and a cap covering his eyes comnted in a serious voice while looking at a laptop in front of him.
“Is there any news about 'him'? Did he really perish there?” The long-nosed man nodded, then asked in a serious tone, to which another man with sleeked-back black hair, elegantly dressed, calmly replied.
“All Might himself confird his demise, and practically his entire structure was dismantled, but considering his history, it's still uncertain.”
“I see… Do 'they' already know?”
The long-nosed man asked with a serious expression, to which a woman with long hair, bluish skin, and carotid arteries that were completely black, similar to Mina's, nodded and explained in a casual voice.
“Recently, they asked us to just gather information for now; it seems they're going through a complicated ti… That level of power comparable to All Might's is not sothing to be taken lightly.”
“Yes, it's truly problematic for our plans as well. We have to start preparing; we're not ready to face a second All Might while the first one remains strong.”
The long-nosed man comnted in a serious tone, at which mont all present brought their hands to their foreheads, forming a sort of 'L' with their thumbs against their foreheads and index fingers in the air, responding in unison.

As Kai walked to the car with the recently awakened Momo and Nejire, Salem and Tama, the two cats, jumped onto his shoulders and settled in with great familiarity. This action provoked great curiosity in the pair of beautiful girls, and Momo couldn't help but comnt with a small smile.
“Does Tama want to go to UA now too?”
“I call dibs!”
Nejire quickly added with shining eyes, her mind already filled with images of herself arriving at classes with the beautiful Tama. anwhile, Kai looked at the silent Salem on his shoulder, who was looking the other way as if he had nothing to do with it, and comnted with narrowed eyes.
“That's not happening, Salem.”
Hearing Kai, the black cat turned its face away even further, as if that made him invisible, at which mont Nejire clung to Kai's arm and began to plead with puppy-dog eyes.
“Take her, please, Kai-chan? Please, please, I'll take very good care of her.”
Kai turned to look at Nejire's puppy-dog eyes with a skeptical gaze, at which mont Momo leaned in to enter his field of vision and comnted in a sweet voice with big eyes.
“Please?”
At the sa ti, Tama started rubbing her head against Kai's cheek, sohow imitating Momo and Nejire, which led Kai to look at the white cat and comnt in an accusatory tone.
“Are you already learning tricks, Tama?”
The white cat looked Kai in the eyes and owed softly, then went back to rubbing against Kai's face, who couldn't help but roll his eyes and comnt, exasperated.
“Your fur being softer doesn't make you better at that, and you're still weak.”
Tama quickly retorted with a ow into the air, at which mont her body began to emit a strange white aura that soon took the shape of a kind of royal cloak along with a small crown on her head. Seeing the strange scene, Kai couldn't help but open his eyes in surprise and quickly placed his hand on the cat's head.
[Master, there's sothing strange with Tama. The Aura Script patterns we included in her Accomplice caused unexpected changes.] At the sa ti, Kai could hear Sage's equally surprised voice in his head, while several holographic screens in [In] mode filled with data appeared in front of him.
“What is that, Kai?”
At the sa ti, Keiko, who had just arrived with Nemuri, couldn't help but ask with a surprised expression, while Momo and Nejire looked at Tama in disbelief.
“…I'm not sure yet.” Kai could only comnt in a soft voice while his eyes moved rapidly, reviewing the data.
“Isn't it her Accomplice's ability?”
Nemuri, dressed in her hero costu, comnted with a curious expression while looking at Tama, who seed even prouder. Kai shook his head and explained, both confused and amazed.

“That's sothing I'm studying, though more in the line of improving your Quirks in a more structural way and not a complentary one like how they work now. But that's barely in the research stage, and the only thing I added to the Accomplices was the [Vital Reactor]; this is completely unexpected…”
“Is it possible that our Accomplices could integrate with our Quirks and negatively affect them?” Keiko approached Kai and asked while typing rapidly on her phone. Kai shook his head and explained while placing his hand on the equally surprised Salem's head.
“No. Your Accomplices have several limitations that prevent them from doing sothing like that, and they also need 'authorization' to do such things, so you would notice. Besides, Salem and Tama's Accomplices are different from yours; they have so 'optimizations' I've been working on that I haven't updated in yours yet.”
“Is it sothing bad for Tama…?” Momo asked, slightly fearful, while looking at the proud white cat, who seed to be looking down on her with condescension and superiority.
“For now, I don't find anything 'bad,' but from now on I'll keep her close all the ti; I want to study her changes closely.”
Kai replied in a thoughtful tone, at which mont Tama lifted her head to the sky and owed proudly, which, along with her energy cloak and crown, made her look like a feline queen.
“Yes! Now we'll take Tama to class!” Nejire comnted with a huge smile. Nemuri comnted with a small smile.
“Well, since it's not dangerous, let's go. We're about to be late.”
“Oh, that's right! We're going to be late, hurry up!!”
Momo quickly checked her phone and exclaid in panic, then grabbed and dragged Kai towards the car. Seeing Kai being dragged, Keiko couldn't help but show an amused and maternal smile, but she soon jumped to get closer to Kai, who turned to look at her and gave her a peck on the lips, then comnted with a smile.
“See you this afternoon.”
““See you!””
Soon, Momo, Nejire, Nemuri, and Kai were in the car and said their goodbyes, the mont it started in a great hurry. Inside the car, Momo and Nejire sat facing Kai and Nemuri with the proud Tama between them, looking at her with shining eyes and trying to pet her fur. But the strange aura in the shape of a royal cloak repelled them.
“So that cloak can repel… It's an interesting defense.”
Nemuri, having pulled Kai's head to rest on her lap, comnted with a smile while watching Nejire conjure her Accomplice and have it try to touch the 'feline queen.' Kai, resting his head on his girlfriend's lap, comnted in a calm voice, concentrated on reading Sage's reports.
“That seems to be the case, though several tests still need to be done to determine her abilities and limits to know exactly what she can do.”
“Yeah… Although I'm a bit worried about Principal Nezu's reaction when he sees her.” Nemuri comnted, a bit worried, while gently stroking Kai's hair, to which he replied in a calm voice.
“It's better he doesn't find out; it could give him strange ideas.” Imdiately after speaking, Kai turned to look at Tama and ordered in a calm tone.
“Tama, deactivate your Quirk and avoid activating it unless I tell you to.”
Hearing Kai, the white cat owed proudly and turned to give him her back, as if ignoring him. Seeing the cat's behavior, Kai couldn't help but roll his eyes and quickly 'hit' her with his Conqueror's Haki, which caused the strange aura to vanish and all her fur to stand on end.
At that mont, Tama, scared and annoyed, turned to look at Kai and growled softly at him, baring her fangs, which caused Kai's eyes to narrow and his Conqueror's Haki to increase in potency. In less than a second, Tama accepted defeat and exposed her belly while owing pleadingly.
“Kai!! Don't be so hard on poor Tama!” Momo quickly jumped up and scolded Kai while trying to take the pitiful Tama into her hands. Nejire equally exclaid, 'indignant.'
“Yeah, Kai! Tama was just playing a little!”
But just as Momo was about to touch Tama, the cat imdiately jumped, and after using her tail to gently slap Momo's face, landed on Kai's chest, where Salem had been peacefully sleeping for a while. As Tama did a couple of turns before lying down next to Salem, Nemuri couldn't help but laugh, amused, while looking at Momo's comically stunned face.
anwhile, Nejire turned to look at Momo, who was left frozen with her arms extended, then at the pair of cats lying on Kai's chest, and couldn't help but comnt, confused and curious.
“Why do Salem and Tama always prefer you, Kai? You're always hard on them, but they still prefer you over us… Are you giving them candy in secret?”
“Now that you ntion it, it's true. Although Salem was understandable because he's always with you and you raised him, now Tama is the sa. Did you do sothing to them?” Momo also asked curiously while looking at Kai, at which mont Nemuri looked at her beloved in her lap and asked with curiosity.
“Now that I think about it, animals tend to approach you, and you also seem to know what Tama and Salem 'say'... Does it have to do with your Quirk? Can you communicate telepathically with them or sothing?”
“Not really.”
Kai comnted while holographic screens appeared in front of him, and soon turned to look at the pair of cats, rembering how Nen made animals naturally approach hunters, and comnted calmly.
“Though it might be that animals approach because of my Quirk, the truth is I don't do anything special for them to prefer like you say, nor can I communicate telepathically with them or anything. In the case of this pair, the truth is I don't really know how I'm able to more or less know what they say; it's almost like intuition—sohow I just know. Maybe it's because of the Accomplice or sothing else.”
“Your Quirk is really strange…” Nemuri comnted in a soft voice while gently stroking Kai's hair, to which Momo and Nejire could only nod in agreent.
But just at that mont, Nemuri could see Kai's eyes narrow for a second, but this soon turned into a sowhat helpless smile, which led her to ask curiously.
“Is sothing wrong?”
“Yes, the UA is surrounded by reporters, and it seems they're looking for .”
Hearing Kai, the trio of beauties couldn't help but look through the polarized windows to check his words, but they were still far from the UA and didn't see what he was talking about. At that mont, holographic screens with live images from various news channels appeared in front of them, showing heroes holding back persistent reporters in front of UA. Curious, the girls looked at one of the screens and paid attention, soon managing to hear the reporter speaking.
