Upon seeing the Erald Blue Crystal, a look of intense desire flashed in Mo Yu's eyes. Without hesitation, he waved his hand, and the massive crystal vanished into his storage ring.

After securing the crystal, Mo Yu let out a sigh of relief. The hard battle against the Storm Wolf pack had finally yielded its rewards.

"These things may be precious, but they are not the main prize. There should be even rarer treasures here," She Lao suddenly appeared, hands clasped behind his back, with a slight smile.

"Sothing even rarer?" Mo Yu was montarily stunned, his face revealing a contemplative look.

"If most people saw the Erald Blue Crystal, they would likely assu, as you did, that it was the core treasure. Yet, they would unknowingly discard the true prize," She Lao said, his cold gaze sharpening with hidden knowledge.

Hearing this, Mo Yu's eyes narrowed thoughtfully. "She Lao, are you suggesting that there's an even greater treasure here? Could it be... the remains of a powerful warrior?"

"Smart lad," She Lao replied, unperturbed by Mo Yu's quick deduction. He looked over at the massive green stone and beckoned Mo Yu over.

"Considering the size of the crystal you just collected, one can imagine how much spatial energy it absorbed. This suggests that beneath this stone lies either a newly fallen powerful warrior or the remains of soone so formidable that, even after a long ti, the residual spatial energy was enough to produce such a massive Erald Blue Crystal."

Mo Yu's silver eyes lit up. If he could acquire the remains of a Dou Zun-level expert, She Lao's resurrection plan could finally progress.

In the original story, Xiao Yan, a renowned alchemist, had gone to great lengths to prepare for the resurrection of his master Yao Lao. Aside from creating the Eighth-Grade "Bone Fusion Pill," the most crucial component was a suitable body.

For a soul entity, lacking a physical body is the crux of its existence. Thus, crafting a new body is essential for resurrection. While Mo Yu, as a skilled weapon refiner, had his own thod for reviving She Lao, he still required a proper vessel.

Mo Yu recalled that Xiao Yan initially prepared a Dou Zong peak-level body for Yao Lao, which was later upgraded to a four-star Dou Zun. Additionally, during Yao Lao's resurrection, Xiao Yan replaced an arm with one from an ancient Dou Sheng, bringing imnse benefits. After rging with the new body, Yao Lao was able to leverage the Dou Sheng arm to break through barriers and directly reach the advanced half-saint level.

This underscored the importance of a quality body for resurrecting a soul entity.

The prospect of obtaining a powerful corpse filled Mo Yu with excitent. She Lao had aided him imnsely on his journey, so Mo Yu was determined to take advantage of any opportunity to resurrect him.

"Move this stone away and use your spear to dig lightly in this spot. Rember, don't exert too much force. Although a powerful corpse is not easily damaged, it's better to be cautious," She Lao advised, a hint of hope glinting in his eyes. He then marked a specific area on the ground, turning to Mo Yu with a solemn expression.

"Got it, She Lao. Regardless of whether there's a powerful corpse down there, I'll find a way to bring you back one day."

Mo Yu gave a firm nod, then retrieved his Divine Might Black Thunder Spear from his beast ring. Enveloping its surface with dou qi, he moved the stone aside and carefully dug into the marked spot.

With the spear wrapped in dou qi and crafted from premium materials, it moved through the earth with ease. A gentle touch allowed its tip to pierce the ground like a knife through tofu.

Mo Yu gripped the spear tightly, ensuring it did not tremble even slightly. He moved it along She Lao's markings with precision, the faint scraping sounds echoing through the quiet air.

"Crack."

After around ten minutes, the spear seed to strike sothing solid. Mo Yu's face lit up with joy as he quickly squatted down, using his hands to clear away the surrounding dirt.

"A... bone finger?"

Clearing the earth, Mo Yu uncovered a grayish-white finger bone. Although buried underground for who knows how long, it was clearly human.

Seeing the finger bone, Mo Yu's brows rose in satisfaction, murmuring that all his hard work had indeed paid off. He put away the spear, took out a jade shard from his beast ring, and carefully unearthed the entire skeleton.

After fifteen minutes of excavation, a grayish-white skeleton lay exposed before Mo Yu and She Lao.

The skeleton was about 1.8 ters tall, with a deep scar on the right rib, likely from a serious injury before death. Despite being just bones, it exuded an imposing aura.

"A peak Dou Zong corpse?" She Lao muttered, frowning as he sensed the lingering energy from the remains.

After circling the skeleton twice, She Lao's gaze sharpened. Pointing to the recently dug pit, he turned to Mo Yu.

"Sothing's not right, Mo Yu. Keep digging. A peak Dou Zong's body alone shouldn't have produced such a large Erald Blue Crystal. There must be another corpse below!"

Mo Yu froze, then quickly nodded, realizing what She Lao ant.

After another fifteen minutes of sweaty labor, Mo Yu finally erged from the pit, revealing another skeleton.

This ti, it was a fiery red skeleton. Although its owner had been dead for a long ti, a fierce heat and oppressive aura still radiated from the remains.

Mo Yu could feel that, in life, this red skeleton's strength was comparable to the gray one.

"Another peak Dou Zong corpse..." Mo Yu felt a twinge of disappointnt. He had hoped to find a Dou Zun-level body, but it turned out to be two Dou Zong peaks.

Though only one step below a Dou Zun, the gap was as vast as heaven and earth.

"Two peak Dou Zong corpses. These two must have been enemies, battling each other to the death hundreds of years ago and perishing together in this place. You got incredibly lucky, kid," She Lao remarked, clearly impressed.

Mo Yu, pulled from his disappointnt by She Lao's words, shook his head with a wry smile. Indeed, as She Lao said, peak Dou Zongs were top experts, even in Central Plains. After all, Dou Zuns weren't common.

Even the leaders of elite sects, like the Four Pavilion, were rely Dou Zuns themselves. How could soone like that die anonymously in the Black-Corner Region?

The idea of using these remains as She Lao's new body had to be set aside. Although it would be impossible to get a Dou Sheng arm like Xiao Yan, peak Dou Zong remains were still a bit too weak for such a purpose.

The idea of a vessel would have to wait for another solution.

Breaking from his thoughts, Mo Yu looked at the two skeletons with a glimr of joy.

Though it wasn't what he initially wanted, acquiring two peak Dou Zong corpses was still a significant reward.

Moreover, Mo Yu recalled a technique deep in his mory—"Necro Puppet," a humanoid weapon. This weapon didn't require direct control, possessed incredible power, and felt no emotion or pain, making it the perfect tool for killing.

In truth, the "Necro Puppet" was sowhat akin to the Sky Demon Puppet technique Xiao Yan had acquired after eradicating the Demon Fla Valley and looting the cave of the Old Ground Demon Ghost. Both thods produced formidable killing machines, though the details of their refining differed.

These humanoid killing puppets were forged from the bones of powerful individuals. The stronger the person was in life, the more powerful the Necro Puppet beca in death.

The two skeletons before Mo Yu were just what he needed to let the Dou Qi Continent witness the fearso reputation of the "Necro Puppet."

With that thought, Mo Yu didn't hesitate. With a wave of his hand, he stowed both the ashen-gray and fiery-red skeletons into his beast ring.

"Since I'm already here, I might as well take everything," he said with a chuckle.

With these two Dou Zongs-level skeletons in his possession, Mo Yu's spirits soared. He turned his attention to the rest of the Wolf King's hoard and, without a second thought, swept it all into his beast ring.

Though these items weren't as valuable as the Erald Blue Crystal or Dou Zong skeletons, Mo Yu, as the head of his faction, understood the difficulties of running a domain. These magic cores and materials would contribute greatly to the wealth of Yuan Manor.

After gathering everything he could, Mo Yu made one last sweep of the Wolf King's cave. Finding no further treasures, he retraced his steps, quickly making his way out of the cave.

Having navigated the path once, Mo Yu found his way back in much less ti. In less than twenty minutes, he erged from the cave, spreading his wings and soaring toward the valley entrance. The sky was already dark, and the faint glow of night was illuminated by flashes of colorful lights and thunderous bursts of energy from afar.

Seeing the ongoing battle, Mo Yu flapped his wings rapidly, slipping through the night as a silent shadow. Soon, he hovered at the valley's entrance, observing the battlefield below with slight astonishnt.

The entrance was now barely recognizable, scarred with deep craters and strewn with boulders from the cliffside. Nearby trees had been felled, partially blocking the valley passage.

In the sky, the Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python remained coiled, emitting an endless stream of seven-colored light. Its oppressive aura made the surrounding magical beasts tremble in fear.

Mo Yu's gaze shifted down to the wounded Storm Wolf King, and his brow raised in surprise.

The Wolf King's once-snowy fur was half-burned away by the corrosive acid of the Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python, and blood poured from its head. Already bearing Mo Yu's earlier wounds, the Wolf King's body was covered in fresh injuries from colliding with intense energy.

Clearly, the once-formidable Wolf King had lost its fighting spirit against such a powerful foe.

On the ground, with help from Pan Gate and Moon Spirit, the Mo Gang was holding its own against the Storm Wolves. Although so mbers were injured, they were exhilarated by the battle.

Mo Yu's reappearance drew attention from both his faction and the battle between the Seven-Colored Heaven Swallowing Python and the Storm Wolves. The python flicked its tongue excitedly at Mo Yu, while the Wolf King let out an uneasy, angry growl.

"Well, Wolf King, was all this really necessary?" Mo Yu chuckled, turning to the python beside him. Its vibrant scales had dimd sowhat, showing the toll of the fight.

He gently stroked the python's head and took out a vial of athyst essence from his beast ring. "Here, little one. You did well tonight—ti for a reward."

The python hissed happily, coiling its tongue around the bottle. With a hearty gulp, it drained nearly a third of the contents.

"Hmph! Human, if not for that snake, you wouldn't be my match!" The Wolf King's blood-red eyes glinted with resentnt as it growled.

Seeing the python's affectionate gesture toward Mo Yu only heightened the Wolf King's fury. If Mo Yu had ventured into the depths of its cave, it likely ant all its treasures were now lost to him, further stoking its anger.

"Oh? So, Wolf King, are you still looking for a fight?" Mo Yu smirked, preparing to signal the python when a resigned voice interrupted.

"Enough. The Storm Wolf Clan admits defeat. You may leave."

Seeing Mo Yu about to unleash the python once again, the Wolf King surrendered, backing down reluctantly.

Unfazed, Mo Yu nodded and addressed his students. "The Wolf King has conceded. Let's head back to the inner academy."

"Long live the boss!"

The mbers of the Mo Gang cheered, their voices echoing throughout the valley. Even those from Pan Gate and Moon Spirit looked on with excitent.

This was a fifth-grade magical beast, comparable to a human Dou Wang, with an army of powerful Storm Wolves under its command. To have subdued it was a feat that would spark envy in the inner academy.

And all of it was thanks to Mo Yu.

Under the watchful eyes of the Storm Wolves, a hundred shadowy figures slipped into the night, disappearing into the distance.
