Within the sealed spatial chamber, Liu Xi sat cross-legged atop the Green Lotus Platform. His aura was faint and ethereal—were it not for the slight rise and fall of his chest, one might have mistaken him for a lifeless statue. His expression was calm, his face serene, yet there was no sign of awakening.
Inside his spiritual world, the gray mist stretched endlessly, and within it, a single azure lotus rooted itself firmly. green flas coiled upon its petals, shimring with crystalline radiance—soft as jade, alive with divine light. In this dead and silent realm, the lotus alone blood with vitality, exuding pure spiritual resonance, as if it were the heart of this world. And indeed—it was.
During the refinent of the Green Lotus Core Fla, Liu Xi's Spiritual Power had been burned away in large amounts. His consciousness lingered, but the remaining portion of his spiritual power was insufficient to sustain awakening. Fortunately, his essence had already fused with the core of the Green Lotus Fla. His drifting awareness, carrying the last fragnts of Spiritual Power, poured entirely into the fire lotus, letting the fla's origin nourish his spirit while drawing upon the world's scattered essence to restore what was lost.
Yet destruction was far easier than creation—the Spiritual Power reduced to ashes would take far longer to rebuild. The fire lotus flickered gently, as though breathing, continuously absorbing essence to nourish Liu Xi's wounded spirit. The process was slow but steady, unwavering in its quiet persistence.
Within the boundless dark of his consciousness, Liu Xi's awareness seed trapped in endless night. The sky and the earth were both gray, desolate, with only a faint shimr beneath his feet. The world around him was void of life, filled with deathly stillness, and the profound loneliness of being the only existence between heaven and earth began to rise within his heart.
Suddenly, in the infinite distance, a faint azure light appeared—so pure, so flawless, it was as if perfection itself had taken form. Liu Xi's chest tightened; an inexplicable emotion welled up inside him. Without hesitation, he began striding toward that light, chasing it through the endless darkness.
Here, ti had no aning. Days, months, and years blurred together as Liu Xi walked ceaselessly onward, numbness swallowing his mind, with only that distant glow as his guiding fla. One day… ten days… a month… ten months… until a year and eight more passed before he finally stopped.
Before him stood a lotus surrounded by azure fla. Familiar warmth surged from deep within his soul as he reached out a trembling hand and brushed one of its petals. The fire didn't burn him—instead, a gentle warmth spread through his being. A hoarse voice escaped his dry throat.
"I am Liu Xi… I should… wake up now."
He stepped forward, one stride at a ti, the azure glow wrapping his entire body. As he walked into the heart of the lotus, man and fla beca one.
Within his spiritual world, the fire lotus quivered, rippling with waves of light. A terrifying aura awakened from slumber, shaking the gray mist realm to its very core.
"Hmm… have I turned into the Green Lotus Core Fla itself? No… my soul realm is still within the mortal stage. I need more…"
Upon awakening, Liu Xi realized he had no hands, no feet, no body—only fla. His Spiritual Power had returned, stronger than before, yet still insufficient to form the complete spirit body of the Spirit Realm.
"Soul Dominion."
From afar, the Sea Heart Fla's essence manifested as the phantom beast born of its core. Under the drag of soul chains, it was pulled into Liu Xi's spiritual world. Upon seeing the Green Lotus Core Fla, the beast bared its fangs and stomped anxiously, torn between desire and dread.
The next instant, driven by instinct, the Sea Heart Fla's phantom charged forward. Blue fire clashed with azure—inner and outer flas collided, devouring one another without rcy. Waves of searing pain swept through Liu Xi's soul, as if he had once again fallen into a fiery abyss. Fortunately, he had been prepared; his terrifying Spiritual Power surged outward to suppress the chaos.
Within the flas, he could perceive the two currents of power intertwining—one burning like molten rock, the other rolling like endless seas. A month passed in relentless refinent. In the end, the Sea Heart Fla was consud entirely, leaving the lotus brighter, deeper in hue, its glow like the shimr of rippling water.
'Still not enough… Fallen Heart Fla, co!'
The formless fire python, pure in spirit and vicious in nature, was drawn into the realm. The mont it saw the lotus, savage light burst in its eyes before it lunged forward. Azure and invisible flas rged—an agonizing fusion, sharp and piercing rather than hot. Had the Green Lotus Core Fla been any weaker, Liu Xi would have felt his spirit burning away once more.
But reality proved otherwise. The Fallen Heart Fla dissolved rapidly, its vast energy and spiritual essence absorbed wholly by Liu Xi. His Spiritual Power soared, infused with divine luminosity—so strong it felt as though he could shape life itself.
After more than a month, the Fallen Heart Fla had been fully devoured. The fire lotus now trembled violently, unable to contain the vast power within. Sothing terrifying lay dormant inside, struggling to erge. Liu Xi frowned—until a sudden spark of inspiration flashed in his mind, accompanied by a whisper from the great Dao itself.
"Soul's Dominion—refine the soul into divinity, and rule the spirit with the god within!"
The laws of heaven manifest in silence; enlightennt cos by chance. The gray mist world erupted with a thousand rays of light, like the birth of the cosmos. From the lotus's heart, creation began anew. A colossal divine shadow took form, projected from the Green Lotus, growing solid beneath the azure radiance.
The divine figure wore azure robes, hands clasped behind his back, eyes closed, his face indistinct yet transcendent—as if mortal language could not describe such perfection. Then, the lotus burst forth, transforming into a beam of azure light that shot into the divine figure's brow. The glow rippled, as though bestowing it life and consciousness.
At once, the divine figure grew more solid. Robes fluttered, long hair danced, and divine brilliance shone from his body. His lashes quivered—and he opened his eyes. Two vast, starlit pupils gazed outward, deep and ancient, detached as if belonging to a god overlooking all beings.
That godly form stepped forward. Light rippled—and he walked out of Liu Xi's body, erging into the sealed chamber. Behind him, Liu Xi, still seated on the Green Lotus Platform, opened his eyes as well. For an instant, man and god t gaze to gaze.
Liu Xi's eyes were filled with excitent and exhilaration, while the divine being's remained calm as still water, a lotus sigil glowing at his brow.
"Liu Xi."
"Liu Xi."
"The True Self."
"The Original Self."
"Hahahaha…"
Their minds resonated as one. Liu Xi burst into wild laughter. What began as an attempt to forge a Spirit Realm soul had unexpectedly birthed sothing far greater. This was no re clone—one embodied pure divinity, the other human essence. Together, they ford the complete Liu Xi, a path where all divine power would ultimately return to the self.
