Xu Ran remained expressionless, rely nodding slightly.
"Hmm! I felt it!"
Now, Xu Ran was utterly certain that the mysterious being before him was not to be trusted.
Among the countless spectral projections of Demon Beasts that had dispersed around him earlier, there was the figure of a Peregrine Falcon.
As a Spirit Pet that had been by his side since the birth of the Peregrine Falcon, its aura was unmistakable, even if it was just a projected shadow, it held the distinctive aura of the Peregrine Falcon.
Moreover.
It possessed Innate Qi, Kunpeng Bloodline, and the Divine Eagle Skill, along with several Divine Techniques, all of which Xu Ran had taught the Peregrine Falcon. With these conditions added, it was even more impossible to be wrong!
Even if it was just a spirit, Xu Ran could still recognize it at a glance.
Now, with the spirit of the Peregrine Falcon within the mysterious being, he could only play along for the mont.
Furthermore, although Xu Ran had gathered his Innate Qi within and stored it in the Sea of Spirit, nurturing his body.
The usually calm Sea of Spirit surged when the Nine-Layered Giant Tower appeared, as if it had experienced a storm, waves surging and reaching hundreds of ters high.
Just from this alone, Xu Ran confird that there was sothing within the Nine-Layered Giant Tower that he needed.
Perhaps the way to escape the valley truly lay within it, sothing the mysterious being might not have been wrong about.
However, the journey would likely be perilous, not only facing dangers within the Nine-Layered Giant Tower but also preventing the mysterious being’s ambush.
The mysterious being heard Xu Ran’s words, his back turned, a slight smile on his lips, and the frenzy in his eyes showed no sign of diminishing, as if he had already achieved his goal.
"Since you know there’s spatial fluctuation here, then go ahead, I suppose it’s not your first ti feeling it!"
With that, the mysterious being leaped toward the Seven-Colored Gate beneath the Nine-Layered Giant Tower.
Xu Ran’s pupils imdiately widened in disbelief at this sight.
It was known that despite the mysterious being exuding an eerie aura everywhere, he genuinely had no aura of cultivation whatsoever.
The appearance of the Nine-Layered Giant Tower was born in that unfathomable chasm, and looking over, if it weren’t for the Seven-Colored Gate beneath the Nine-Layered Giant Tower emanating a multi-colored glow, the abyss below would be entirely invisible.
This was enough to indicate just how deep the earth’s chasm was!!
Even the seven-colored glow cast by the Seven-Colored Gate only illuminated a scene within three ters around, while the rest remained in darkness.
In such an environnt, the mysterious being dared to leap down directly. For soone without any cultivation, how much courage does this require? Or perhaps, how much fervor!!
One could imagine the imnse allure the Nine-Layered Giant Tower held for him!!
As for whether he would fall to his death?
That’s even more impossible!
After all, the nine-headed red Snake Demon erged from beneath the ground, and the heart of this mysterious being was stored within the red Snake Demon’s body. He was intimately familiar with the structure of the valley’s depths.
Since he dared to leap down, he surely had absolute confidence in his safety. After all, his fervor for the Nine-Layered Giant Tower was impossible to hide, and solely from this fervor, it was impossible for him to perish before obtaining what he sought.
Xu Ran hovered high above, his gaze following the trajectory of the mysterious being’s leap. Only to see, like a lone boat on the sea, the mysterious being’s body ford a perfect parabola, swiftly diving down.
When his body touched the seven-colored glow from the Seven-Colored Gate, it beca ethereal, like a projected shadow, gradually dissipating and disappearing without a trace.
As the mysterious being’s body vanished, a faint red glow appeared on the lowest level of the Nine-Layered Giant Tower.
"It seems he’s already inside the Nine-Layered Giant Tower!"
To enter the Nine-Layered Giant Tower, it was evident that the body needed to touch the spatial fluctuation brought upon by the seven-colored glow for the items within the light to be naturally transmitted into the giant tower.
Seeing the mysterious being appear in the Nine-Layered Giant Tower, Xu Ran had no hesitations and flew directly into the multicolored glow.
As his body touched the seven-colored glow, his consciousness dissipated, in that instant, it felt like dying.
But in the next mont, a ray of light appeared before his eyes, shining onto his pupils.
Xu Ran suddenly opened his eyes and found himself in an extrely unfamiliar environnt.
The first thing that caught his eye was a vast plaza, in the center of which lay a massive stone block.
This stone block was riddled with cracks, like a spider web, seemingly ready to shatter into pieces with the slightest breeze.
Yet, even this shattered stone emitted a wave of seven-colored light, continuously shifting like a rainbow in the sky, colorful and radiant.
The surroundings of this plaza were desolate, overgrown with weeds.
Behind this massive stone was a staircase reaching up to the sky, atop which a layer of clouds ford; even Xu Ran’s golden eyes couldn’t discern the scene above the clouds.
