"I ranked 101st on the last monthly exam. I think I can still push for a better spot."

"That’s great," Sun Li said with a nod.

Throughout the exchange, she didn’t say a word to Qin Na. Even Xiao Shi had received so of the pastries Sun Li brought. Qin Na bit her lip, but then she saw Qin Jiao give her a look and began to sob.

The others had no choice but to stop what they were doing and look at her.

Qin Bogang asked, "Xiao Na, what’s wrong?"

Qin Na said through her sobs, "It’s just... seeing Eldest Brother and his wife, and Second Brother and his wife... you’re all such happy couples. When I think of that good-for-nothing bastard I married, it just hurts."

Sun Li’s expression softened a little. After all, who doesn’t like a complint?

She asked, "So, what are you thinking? Do you still want to get a divorce?"
