"My wife just lacks experience, don’t worry, I’ll handle it," Zhao Gang assured that it wasn’t a big deal, and he would manage it.
Seeing Zhao Gang still trying to maintain control, with little faith shown by his friends, Zhao Gang didn’t feel sad, because he knew escaping unscathed would be hard; the look his wife gave when she turned away clearly told him of an imminent unforgettable punishnt.
Zhao Gang really regretted not giving a notice earlier; he was simply too excited and forgot.
In his mind, Zhao Gang was calculating which apology thod would work best to please his wife, as making her happy was sothing every husband must accomplish.
