As Gu Jin picked up Duoduo’s bowl, Duoduo let out a howl.
Without waiting for An Mingji to co out of the bathroom, he lifted his leg and dashed towards his little nest.
Seeing the figure rushing over from the corner of her eye, Gu Jin put down the bowl and quickly spun around to scoop up the approaching Duoduo.
Duoduo had indeed grown quite a bit over the days. Used to be very light to carry, but now it must weigh seven or eight pounds.
Holding it now felt a bit weighty, her hands could feel the heaviness.
Gu Jin thought for a mont, maybe it had to do with feeding it at over the past month.
Wolves are inherently carnivorous animals; only by eating at can their wild instincts be stimulated.
She really didn’t want to spoil Duoduo; it would be more practical to just raise a dog.
An Mingji walked out of the bathroom to see Gu Jin holding Duoduo.
The little guy was playfully yipping in Gu Jin’s arms.
The young man’s pleasant voice sounded, "Sister Jin, don’t hold Duoduo, he hasn’t bathed in the last couple of days."
"Really?"
Before the young man could answer, Gu Jin quickly put Duoduo on the ground.
Seeing her put Duoduo down, An Mingji slowly curled his lips and turned to walk towards his room.
He continued, "Really, he hasn’t been behaving these last couple of days, howling whenever he gets a bath."
Gu Jin lowered her eyes, noticing that Duoduo, now circling around the bowl, was indeed filthy.
When she looked up again, the young man had disappeared from the living room.
She called out to the person inside the room, "Xiao An, co out to eat after you change."
"Got it!"
An Mingji’s voice ca from the room that was never fully closed.
"Are you taking the bus today, or biking to school?"
"Biking!"
An Mingji finished changing, grabbed his backpack, and ca into the living room. He casually put his backpack on the sofa and walked into the kitchen.
"Hurry up and eat."
"Mm—"
The young man ate two pieces of egg pancake, half a bowl of vegetable salad, a glass of milk, and an egg.
After finishing his al, he wiped his mouth.
"Sister Jin, I’m off to school."
Gu Jin had just finished eating as well. She glanced at the uncollected dishes on the table and stood up, saying, "Let’s go, I’ll walk you downstairs."

An Mingji, with his backpack on, straddled the mountain bike and waved to Gu Jin, "Sister Jin, I’m off. You can go back upstairs."
"Got it. Ride safely."
The young man responded twice, then rode off.
As he cycled out of the residential area, he happened upon a black car.
Sitting in the backseat of the car was Qiu Qianghai, who imdiately saw An Mingji.
You could only bla him for being so eye-catching, both in looks and in deanor, he was extrely attention-grabbing.
Seeing the young man riding away quickly, his initial thought to greet him subsided.
Gu Jin went back upstairs, returned to the kitchen, washed the dishes, and placed them on the drying rack.
She walked out of the kitchen just in ti to hear a knock on the door.
"Who is it?"
She moved her steps towards the door, guessing who it might be.
"It’s , Qiu Qianghai."
Gu Jin smiled, went over to open the door, revealing Qiu Qianghai standing outside dressed neatly and wearing sunglasses.
No matter how you looked at him, he didn’t seem like soone who was in their thirties.
Especially after knowing his personality, he seed to live like a twenty-year-old, carefree and at ease.
With a mind for business and wealth that many people envy, such a man never lacked in female company.
"Hai-ge, you show up pretty early."
"For your little ninth master, how could I dare slack off? I woke up early and rushed over here so you wouldn’t be displeased."
