He repeated to the two of them what Gu Jin had said before, with only minor differences.

"This is wild boar at, selling it for three bucks is already a deal, you know it’s rare to co across this stuff even a few tis a year..."

One of them no longer hesitated, "Give two and a half pounds."

"Got it!"

Gu Jiajie cut the at for him.

The middle-aged woman over here tasted the stew and found it absolutely delicious. Her eyes lit up, "How do you sell this?"

Gu Jin smiled, "The stew is sold by the bowl, two dollars eighty a bowl."

"I’ll take one!"

The middle-aged woman took out a large bowl from the basket slung over her arm and handed it to Gu Jin.

She had prepared the large bowl to buy other things, but unexpectedly ca across Gu Jin’s stall and tasted the delicious stew.

Gu Jin used his own bowl, scooped a bowl from the wooden bucket, and poured it into the woman’s large bowl.

The woman handed three bucks to Gu Jin, who returned two dis to her.

Where there’s one, there’s two, especially with the stew that Gu Jin placed on the lid of the wooden bucket; the aroma was so tempting that it soon drew people in.

"Missy, what kind of food is this?"

"Sir, this is stew sold by the bowl, two dollars eighty a bowl. If you want to buy so, you can taste it first."

Gu Jin didn’t offer a taste to everyone who ca, first informing them of the price, then allowing them to sample it.

The old man was bundled up tightly, yet it was evident he was an intellectual.

"Do you have chopsticks?"

Gu Jin shook his head, "Just grab a piece and eat it with your hands."

The old man pinched a piece of pig lung, put it in his mouth, and chewed slowly, his eyes lighting up gradually.

The stew was delicious, mainly because his teeth weren’t very good, and at could be hard to chew sotis, but this stew was so tender, it crumbled easily, leaving a lasting aroma.

Having finally found sothing so palatable, the old man was generous, "Give five bowls."

Gu Jin looked at the old man’s bold manner and couldn’t help but smile, "Sir, isn’t five bowls too much? Do you have bowls to put them in?"

The old man pulled out two large aluminum lunch boxes from his cloth bag, those were extra-large ones.

"Missy, fill these up as much as they can hold."

Seeing this, Gu Jin took the lunch boxes and started loading at into them with the bowl in his hand.

The two lunch boxes held about five and a half bowls’ worth.

"All done, sir. That will be fifteen bucks."

The old man was cheerful in paying too. Seeing that Gu Jin had given him more, he knew she’d rounded it in his favor.

Carrying the lunch boxes, he walked away contentedly.

After that, more and more people gathered around, and sales increased.

So people didn’t bring bowls, saying they’d go ho to get them and co back to buy, while others, after tasting the stew, imdiately made a purchase.

Of course, there were also those who tasted but didn’t buy.

All in all, Gu Jin’s business was doing well; in less than an hour, more than half the bucket of stew was sold.

Gu Jiajie and Liu Pingyuan over here were also having smooth sales. Many people were lining up to buy pork, and more than half of the hundred or so pounds of wild boar at had already gone.

Liu Pingyuan was assisting on the side, helping to collect money.

As for the collected money, all of it was placed in the floral cloth bag that Gu Jin brought.

"Hey buddy, how’s your pork being sold?"

Another person ca to inquire about the pork.

While collecting money, Liu Pingyuan told them what the Gu siblings had said.

"Give two pounds."

"Alright, please wait for a mont, there are others in line ahead of you."

Whether it was stew or wild boar at, Gu Jin’s place was the busiest on this street.

The other vendors around couldn’t help but look over with envy.
