It’s a pity, Lann originally wanted to use bankruptcy to motivate the lazy Qilin.

But the Ancient Dragons of the New Continent completely ignored the Demon Hunters.

With a tilt of the head and a kick of the hooves, they didn’t care at all.

Helpless, the Demon Hunter could only lead the Elu Cat and Ancient Dragon back to Airetusa.

They set out from the celestial convergence rift in the morning, and by the ti the Ancient Dragon’s hooves touched the massive reef where Airetusa was located, it was close to dusk.

"You just sort everything out here, Rong Buqiu."

We still landed at the cave below the massive reef, Lann twisted his neck, relaxing as he spoke.

"Got it, ow."

Rong Buqiu also threw a large package onto the floor of the secret room.

Thanks to magic, although this wasn’t a completely enclosed room, the sea breeze blowing in still couldn’t bring any moisture.

The Three-Floral Kitten began organizing eagerly.

It sorted the resin ticulously into the display cabinet, and with its furry little paws, placed the green flower plant into pots.

It looked like it genuinely wanted to grow sothing.

The Elu Cat’s nature is diligent and lively, so it didn’t seem to mind this work at all.

anwhile, Lann seized the ti to remove the armor and equipnt from the Qilin, as well as the large, draping silk rune cloth.

Released from its constraints, the Ancient Dragon shook itself like any common horse.

A series of electric sparks flashed along its pale mane.

Its ruby-like eyes glanced at Lann, then with a snort, it turned and jumped off the reef, running towards the depths of the sea to play.

Looking out from the cave’s entrance towards the sea horizon, the sun was nothing but an afterglow.

But unlike in the World of Fire, where there’s an unstable and terrifying feeling, here, the first thought that ca to Lann was—it’s about ti for dinner.

He looked over at Rong Buqiu.

It seed absorbed in sorting its collected items.

So Lann decided to go up and eat first, then bring sothing down for Rong Buqiu.

"What do you want to eat tonight? We haven’t had a proper al in a while."

Rong Buqiu paused its hands, raised its head, its triangular little ears twitching in what seed to be deep thought.

"Fried fish fillets with clam chowder?" Its wet eyes brightened, gazing at Lann with anticipation. "I like that, ow!"

"Got it."

Lann waved to the little cat, then started up the stairs.

He ascended through the hidden passageway Margaret had created, pushed open the stone door, then turned to close it.

Built into the wall, the stone door showed no signs of being out of place under the influence of magic.

Silently, Lann appeared in the Luoxia Palace on Airetusa’s first floor.

It was as if he’d been back for a long ti, as Lann wandered leisurely through the corridors and staircases.

Towering above the average person in height, with a face and hair like molten silver.

Everything about him was so distinctive.

Now and then, apprentices would pass him by, laughing and chatting in groups.

It wasn’t until after they passed that they would seemingly co to their senses, turn back with a start, delightedly trying to catch a glimpse of his departing figure.

Airetusa is a secluded elite educational environnt, though there are vacations, to the energetic and curious female apprentices, they’re clearly insufficient.

Thus, female Sorcerer Apprentices sneaking out of the academy to have rendezvous with their lovers outside beca a unique feature of both Airetusa and Gos Velen.

Whenever there was a holiday, Gos Velen’s inn rooms would be in high demand.

The open-minded attitude of the female warlocks ant they didn’t mind, and even enjoyed one-night stands.

So during those tis, many ’brave souls’ who thought that compared to the warlock’s alluring bodies, magic and witchcraft were not frightening but rather playful would try their luck here.

And thus, one could easily guess Lann’s image in the eyes of many female apprentices and even teachers in Airetusa.

When Lann attended lectures in the classroom, quite a few apprentices or lecturers would quietly undo an extra button on their shirts.

Clearly, when Tishaya served as Dean Airetusa, the position was synonymous with authority and strictness.

But after Margaret took over, her harmonious relationship with both students and faculty made her ’slightly’ less intimidating.

The Demon Hunter ntally griped as he dealt with the apprentices who deliberately brushed against him with polite and distant smiles.

Finally, things improved near the Dean’s office.

Facing the exquisite and familiar mahogany door, Lann stepped forward and knocked.

After two "bang bangs," there was a mont of silence from inside the office, as if nothing happened, followed by the muffled thud of a sturdy chair hitting the plush carpet.

"Ha!"

The door handle turned from inside, opened, accompanied by an excited cheer.

A fair, strong arm accurately grabbed the bearskin collar of Lann’s armor through the door crack.

The Demon Hunter compliantly bent down, wearing a smile.

He felt as if a gust of wind had dragged him through the door; before he could take in his surroundings, a shadow blocked his vision.

Margaret jumped onto him, her voluptuous and strong legs wrapping around his waist, her hands encircling the back of his neck.

She still loved using bold and dazzling gold jewelry to accentuate her equally bold and dazzling beautiful body.

The golden necklace on her neck hung deeply into the deep crevasse under the influence of gravity.

And that crevasse was now less than two centiters from Lann’s face.

The Demon Hunter could even feel the heat from it, along with the slight tremors caused by her heartbeat.

Golden long hair hung down, blending with strands resembling molten silver, and Margaret’s forehead was pressed against Lann’s.

Both of them could feel each other’s breaths starting to beco a bit rapid and fiery.

Their hot breath on each other’s body made the hairs stand on end.

The air seed to be filled with an eager and passionate atmosphere.

But the sudden, utterly atmosphere-ignoring sound of pages turning ’whish whish’ cut into this ambiguous and steamy mood.

It was like a bucket of cold water poured over them, making Lann and Margaret freeze instantly.

Both of them looked to the side.

Sitting on the red velvet long sofa was Tishaya, her two legs crossed under a sea blue long dress, the fabric taut against the female Warlock’s shapely figure.

The forr dean appeared undisturbed, flipping through a thick stack of reports, her face with that abstinent and self-assured tranquil expression.

She had been wearing glasses to read the reports and now pulled them down to the tip of her nose with one hand, looking over the top of the fra at the two of them.

Under her gaze, Lann and Margaret blinked and finally nonchalantly separated their closely intertwined bodies.

"Very good, at least you weren’t desperate enough to get on the dean’s office desk."

Seeing the two of them tidying up their clothes, Tishaya pushed her glasses back up onto the bridge of her nose, shifting her gaze back to the report in hand.

"You’re really a buzzkill, Tishaya."

The current dean complained good-naturedly about her ntor, then circled around the office desk, slumping back into the chair behind it.

Lann was not nearly as displeased as Margaret, whose already grand armor up front was about to inflate another size.

The Demon Hunter took a seat at the guest position across the desk, watching with interest as Tishaya sat especially upright on the sofa.

"Seems like I’ve co back at a good ti? Are you on break too?"

"mbers of the Talent and Skill Association don’t have vacations. The things we deal with are of great importance, and there’s no such thing as fixed breaks at these positions."

Tishaya was still checking on Margaret’s work during this period; she flipped through the files while responding to Lann.

It’s clear that she hadn’t been back in Airetusa for long either.

"Once I start working, I prefer not to stop until I finish. But I eventually get tired, so to maintain my body and spirit..."

"Hmm?"

Lann made a tily questioning sound.

"I’ve found that timing my breaks with your returns seems to be a suitable limit. It doesn’t delay matters but is enough for to rest."

As she finished the last sentence, Tishaya seed to have finished with the docunt, placing a stack of pages on the coffee table in front of the sofa and taking off her glasses.

She carefully arranged the items on the coffee table in a neat and symtrical manner.

"I truly am honored."

Lann turned in his chair, performing an exaggerated but no less elegant gesture of courtesy toward Tishaya.

Prompting Margaret to roll her eyes.

"Well, now I regret stopping just now."

The current dean remarked with exasperation.

"Looking at the two of you so friendly and polite now... we should have just gone wild, ssed up that chair and coffee table!"

But Tishaya seed to handle her student’s grumbling complaints with practiced ease.

"If you really want an audience during love-making, I can make ti. But..."

The teacher casually refuted her student.

"Rember to tidy up afterward, Rita."

"Alright, we should go have dinner, and maybe we can continue discussing your interesting little quirks at the table."

Undoubtedly, in front of a ntor with centuries of experience, Margaret’s flamboyance and modernity still seed lacking.

Lann amusedly clicked his tongue at Margaret, making the female Warlock particularly annoyed.

-----------------

"Add a clam chowder with fried fish fillet, and I’ll send it down later. Rong Buqiu is still waiting."

The trio’s small dinner party was not particularly grand, but the table in the dean’s room ensured privacy.

Lann ntioned to Margaret, who had filled the table with a wave of her hand.

In matters related to the enjoynt of life, Margaret was undoubtedly more adept than Tishaya.

Although the female warlock’s teacher didn’t feel much comfort in this area.
