’ Centre of the island?’ Ved asked. ’ I’m not sure, sounds like there might be very powerful beasts there, I think we need a safer place right now.’
He said as he looked at the rabbits and hippos. Ursela laughed. " You don’t have to worry about that, that old turtle ensures nobody lives at the centre of the island."
Ved was confused, he had no idea who the old turtle was. ’ If that the case then how would we move there?’
Ursela was not making any sense to him. " That’s simple, you just have to obtain the inheritance of the beast king and beco the master of this minor world."
’ I don’t think obtaining an inheritance would be that easy, otherwise others would’ve taken it by now no?’
" It an inheritance, do you think anybody could just claim it? Only a fool would leave their inheritance just for anybody, you need to be a descendant of the beast king to even stand a chance."
The vessel spirit scoffed. " That’s not true at all, humans do leave their inheritance for any who are worthy, regardless if they are their progeny or not. You beasts are just selfish."
Ursela scoffed in contempt. " Isn’t that, just because humans don’t have bloodlines? Even if they use their DNA, it would still be much easier to break than a bloodline lock.
There’s no nobility behind their actions, otherwise they would’ve shared those techniques with others while they were still alive."
The vessel spirit coughed in embarrassnt. Ved interjected ’ So you think I am a descendant of this beast king?’ he asked her.
She thought for a mont then answered. " I don’t know, but you have the purest dragon blood in this entire minor world so there’s a possibility."
’ Minor world? Is she talking about the spatial dinsion?’ he wondered. " However I do rember that your bloodline was rely sky grade the last I saw you and you were a drake.
Did you find a treasure to purify your bloodline before ranking up in the outside world?" Ved simply nodded, he saw no reason to tell her the truth.
Old man Goldi wanted to interject and point out that Ved’s bloodline upgraded when he evolved into rank 3 as well but decided to keep quiet.
Ved thought about it and decided it was worth a try. ’ Okay, I’ll try out this inheritance and see how it goes’ Ursela smiled, " Tell when you’re ready to go."
Two days passed, White woke up. Her body has grown a bit stronger, her fur was smoother and more lustrous, her bones and flesh had beco tougher.
Her bloodline had grown stronger, it was still low sky grade but it was closer to mid sky grade now.
After White woke up they held the funeral for the fallen. 632 rabbits and 75 hippos had died. The mood was somber and filled with grief.
Ved swore in his heart he wouldn’t let sothing like this happen again. A few days after the funeral, it was ti for Ursela and Ved to head to the island’s centre region.
Their settlent was on the east side of the island according to Ursela. To reach the centre they would need to travel a huge distance of over sixteen thousand kilotres.
Ved almost choked to death, how was sothing so large called an island, this was more of a continent wasn’t it.
But Ursela cleared his doubt, apparently the continent during the ti this minor world was created was endless in size, so every other piece of land was considered an island.
Ved was almost positive now that this world was definitely not the earth of his old world. After saying his goodbyes to the others, Ursela picked him up and shot to the sky.
She was much faster than he was. It should be ntioned that while Ved was incredibly fast, he couldn’t maintain his top speed for long distances.
So his traveling speed was much slower than the speed he can use during battle. It would probably take him more than half a day to cover sixteen thousand kilotres if he flew without stopping.
And that’s only because his stamina was much higher with four hearts, even though two of his hearts were currently not in commission.
One was wounded and would take ti to heal, the other was out of vital essence which will also take so ti to regenerate.

After Ved and Ursela left.
The vessel spirit turned it head and looked north. Then the spear shot to the sky and cut through the air like a golden streak of lightning.
With it speed, it reached the boundary of this minor world in re minutes. The spatial crack on the wall was yet to close, beyond it, it saw a figure floating on the ocean unconscious.
" I rember this child." The vessel spirit’s true body was too strong to pass through the spatial crack but while the true body couldn’t lower it strength, the spirit could, temporarily.
It power got sucked into the spear which was it true body. The spirit’s power dropped to rank 4, then it passed through the crack and grabbed the person and dragged them into the minor world.
The person was unconscious and their face was deadly pale, their breath was unsteady. Without help it was likely they were going to die.
" Those brats are not going to like this." It flew back with the unconscious person. As expected, the mont it showed up with them, all of the beasts beca unfriendly.
’ What is the aning of this, spear? Why would you bring one of them here?’ Goldi asked, his voice unfriendly and laced with unhidden rage.
The vessel spirit sighed. " Calm down, we don’t know if she’s one of them or not." White gritted her teeth, her eyes burnt with hatred, she looked at the woman like she wanted to eat her alive.
It wasn’t just her, everybody reacted the sa. The vessel spirit tried it best to calm them down but their hatred and rage was too strong.
" There’s a simple solution isn’t there?" The vessel spirit said, then they seed to calm down. " Your will is much stronger than her’s, wait for her to wake up then interrogate her and you’ll know the truth.
If she is with them, then you can do whatever you want, I won’t try to stop you." That seed to calm them down a little. The vessel spirit sighed, it really thought they would kill her without question.
While it didn’t have much hope, it wanted to try and beco her soul bound vessel. It was tired of not having a holder, even though that would lower it power to her rank, it was worth it in the long run.
It hoped Ved would co back soon before these angry beasts rip her apart. It was strange thinking about him as the reasonable one but he was honestly better than these ones.

After two hours, Ved and Ursela reached the central land. Ved saw a lake, a vast lake that stretched to the horizon, at the centre of this lake was an island.
And at the centre of the island was a mountain that towered above the clouds. ’ This is the king’s mountain? It much grandeur than I expected.’
