The swarm grew larger and larger yet Naledi did not take action at all and just stood there and watch.
" Excuse lady." Naledi turned and saw five elentals approaching her, each one obviously had higher comprehension than her.
Yet because she had not only two supre laws but greater laws as well, she did not feel scared.
" If we may Inquire, What’s the purpose of letting this monster grow stronger?" They asked.
Naledi shrugged and ignored them, they realised she had no intentions of talking and backed off.
They didn’t want to end up getting on her bad side. After so ti Ved ca back from the mystic dinsion.
Naledi took the tree and kept it, Ved didn’t have any spatial dinsion ring like she did, nor could he use one.
" All yours." She stood back and let him face the swarm. Unlike her, Ved couldn’t create abilities around his laws.
Fortunately he had magic, " Die." He shouted, his voice bood through space like a heavenly mandate.
He infused his law of death in his dragon magic and the results terrified everybody who was watching.
The entire swarm froze, then one by one the beetles died. They had no wounds or anything, they just stopped living.
Even Naledi was surprised by this but she wasn’t scared. She had her own great laws to resist the law of death.
Not that they would ever really fight but even if they did, she was sure she would win as of now but she understood that might change once he upgrade his traits to sub law arts.
She was also curious how powerful a sub law art could be. In the anti she planned to create stronger abilities she wouldn’t fall behind.
After killing the entire swarm, they turned back and left without acknowledging anybody.
They both appeared near the centre of the universe. There was a fluctuation in spaceti.
" It’s here." Manas told them, they were here for the universal core, according to Manas, using it they can rge this universe with Pangera.
More specifically, Pangera could devour this universal core and grow stronger but she also warned them.
Doing that would start sothing that hasn’t been done since the great war, the universal wars.
Once Pangera devours this core, the heavens will open up again allowing passage through the universes.
Each universe will naturally seek to devour others to grow stronger. " What happens to the denizens of the devoured universe?"
Naledi asked, " Depends on what you an, they will be assimilated alongside their universe.
While they won’t receive as much benefit as the denizens of the universe who ca out on top they too will benefit.
For a period of ti they will be protected by the heavens and cannot be hard but after that protection ends, their fight lies in the hands of others.
They could be annihilated or welcod, I cannot tell you." Her answer gave them both hope and dread.
At least there was a chance for their survival but relying on the leaders of Pangera for rcy was a crazy expectation.
" Either way, we still need to find a way back to Pangera." Naledi agreed.
" The only way I can think of is through the dream realm but I still have comprehended the dream law not have enough evolution points to upgrade by poison trait."
’ Wait, Manas how will that even work? If I upgrade my poison trait, will all of my poisons grow as well or do I need to comprehend a specific law for each?’
" You still need to comprehend laws corresponding to that specific poison. Upgrading your poison secretion trait will upgrade your primary poison.
You know, the transparent gel that you transform to other poisons. Technically that gel is a deadly poison by itself, it was from the start.
So most of your poison will also be upgraded but sothing as special as the dream mist or black death will need to comprehend their laws separately."
He understood, he supposed that made sense, after all dream mist differed greatly from his initial poison that shaped the poison secretion trait.
While black death appeared to be an upgraded version of his initial poison, it was anything but.
It was a combination of different poisons, its power contained decay, a sub law of death itself.
It was also a special type of poison. Ved sent three avatars out in the universe. He didn’t think comprehending the law of dreams would be hard.
He was right, all he needed to do was enter the dreams of others. While his avatars were roaming the dreaming.
He summoned his image, after reaching rank 7 he was able to summon it at will but it seed to be weaker.
More specifically, unless there was a threat of death, it still cannot be at full power but being able to summon it was good enough.
Calling it an image is no longer accurate, it was now a law avatar fully imbued with all of his laws.
He started comprehending the law of dreams, his branches spread out alongside the dragon’s claw.
They grabbed the strings of the dreams which looked like golden sands and pulled them.
The other laws like creation and the law of might learnt from his dragon blood assisted in pulling the dream law.
Slowly he was able to understand what it ant to dream, it wasn’t just the ntal realm when asleep.
The law of dreaming even encompassed ones desires and goals. Ved saw them, he heard them.
The aspirations of others and he felt sothing strange, as if he could sothing inside him to grant those dreams.
Inside him, Manas watched everything with surprise because Ved was right, using the dream law he could answer prayers.
As a divinity, his ability to absorb faith energy was stronger than when he was a mythical dragon.
However he was too weak, he should not be able to use faith energy yet here she was watching it moving in his soul.
Fortunately she was here and couldn’t allow him to damage his own foundation so she stopped it.
It took Ved neatly 2 years to comprehend the law of dreams which he thought was too long.
If others heard he comprehended a great law in two years and was complaining that it was too long, they would so mad they’d skin him alive.
With this, Ved now had four great laws and two supre laws. In existence, he was probably the only one.
Even Naledi only had three great laws and two supre laws.
