The initial stage of the Frost Archer is called Ice Bullet Bow, and it is the preferred pet for many new Beast Tars in the Snow Region. At least seven out of ten newly awakened Beast Tars will choose to contract an Ice Bullet Bow.
Liu Yancheng is from Ice Whisper City, likely under 30 years old, so it's relatively normal for him to have cultivated an Ice Bullet Bow to a General-level Frost Archer.
Judging by the Frost Archer's appearance, it should be close to its limit.
However, Liu Yancheng's other pet surprised her a bit.

Next, Xia Dasheng and Zhou Ying also summoned their pets. Xia Dasheng was the only Beast Tar among the three who had three pets.
Aside from his Telepathic Spirit, his first pet was also a Frost Archer, and standing next to Liu Yancheng's Frost Archer, they looked like copy-pasted versions of each other.
Even twins weren't as well-matched as them.
His last pet was a Tandi Dragon, an Advanced Level dual-type Dragon and Ground pet.
Zhou Ying's pets were the most unique; both were Advanced Level Fairy-type pets: a Sunny Doll that could sense weather changes and a Snow Child that could unleash a Blizzard.
