Seeing this, Fang Qingyuan knew this was the highest temperature the two Illusion Beasts could achieve together. To reach an even higher temperature, he would need the Five Elents Rotation to induce a qualitative change.
Finally, the five Illusion Beasts took their positions. Starting with the Earth Spirit Illusion Beast, streams of Spiritual Power with different properties flowed through the generation cycle: Earth to tal, tal to Water, Water to Wood, and Wood to Fire, ultimately converging within the Three-legged Golden Crow.
The color of the flas spat out by the Three-legged Golden Crow Illusion Beast also evolved, shifting from pure white to bluish-white, then pure blue, blue-black, and finally, to a pure black fla.
Scorched relentlessly by the pure black flas, the impurities within the liquid mass were continuously burned away. The unknown liquid shrank again and again, until it was reduced to a single, tiny droplet, at which point it stabilized.
To be cautious, Fang Qingyuan let it burn for a while longer. Only when he saw that the five Illusion Beasts were on the verge of collapsing did he have them stop.
Ignoring the boisterous Fish Dragon, Fang Qingyuan approached the final droplet of liquid and examined it closely.

As Fang Qingyuan looked at the object, he found that no matter how he viewed it, it looked exactly like a plump drop of blood—the only thing off was the color.
