Liu Fuhai replied without even thinking, "You haven’t paid any attention to it before, have you? It’s held every year after New Year’s Day and before Chinese New Year’s Eve. Usually, it’s all over in one day. After all, the Dragon Nation has over twenty provinces. If each province takes about ten minutes or so to present their achievents, that’s sufficient. There’s no need to fully disclose the findings, just to demonstrate the experintal process, breeding insights, and the final product!"
Su Ping blinked. "I see. I thought the results and breeding thods had to be completely shared with all viewers to qualify!"
Vice President Liu chuckled. "You wouldn’t believe it, but the original Breeder Contests indeed aid for that. However, in doing so, breeders would hoard their secrets, and not many wanted to share publicly! Think about it, who would be willing to give away their hard-researched thods to other breeders for free? Moreover, it was later discovered that this approach wasn’t ideal. It could lead to price crashes for items and Pet Beasts, not to ntion potentially causing localized unrest. Ultimately, the drawbacks outweighed the benefits.

As I ntioned, you can choose to submit your breeding thod to the association. In return, the association will give you a large number of academic credits all at once! You might even receive rarer, more valuable designated resources. Additionally, any Breeder who obtains your breeding thod through the association will pay you a significant share of their academic credits as a patent fee! Furthermore, breeding thods obtained from the association are strictly prohibited from being shared further; this is mandated by law. Of course, even with laws and the requirent to sign Soul Contracts, truly enforcing strict prohibition can sotis be difficult."
Vice President Liu clarified the pros and cons. Su Ping nodded. He was already aware of these subsequent details. But Vice President Liu was right. Human nature is inherently selfish; no one is willing to share their researched breeding thods for nothing. That’s why powerful Beast Tars in the Secret Realms would choose to pass on their breeding thods as a legacy before their death. This was true in ancient tis, and it hasn’t changed much in the modern era either.
Vice President Liu glanced at Su Ping. Just as with the Heart of Woods, he didn’t insist on anything from him, and said with a smile,
