The Five Elents are the foundation of creation and the root of human relations. All things are endowed with their transformation, and all spirits are connected through them. They originate from Yin and Yang, disperse into essence and form, encompass heaven and earth, and stretch to the obscure and the clear. The ridians of Zi, Wu, Mao, and You form the latitude and longitude. The eight winds and six rhythms set the standards. Therefore, heaven has five degrees to reveal its images, and earth has five materials for practical use...
The physical form is nad for its material, while the nature is defined by its function. The character and benefits of all things depend on the physical properties and natures of the Five Elents. Thus, upon examination and distinction, Wood resides in the position of Lesser Yang, with the gentle warmth of spring, hiding a weak fire within. Hence, Wood is characterized by gentleness in form and flexibility or rigidity in nature. Fire occupies the position of Greater Yang, blazing and fierce...
Dizzy.
At this mont, that was the only feeling Su Ping had.
Dizzy.
Is this sothing a normal person can understand? Su Ping was frustrated.
He had used his spiritual power to sense these contents for over two whole hours! But why? He recognized every character, yet when pieced together, why were they so difficult to digest? What were the ancient sages thinking when they wrote such headache-inducing stuff? Couldn’t they have just stated their research findings and cultivation theories plainly? Writing this archaic Serpentine Script consus so much spiritual power and still ends up being useless.
With no other choice, Su Ping let out a long sigh. His spiritual power slowly relaxed; the substantial consumption made him feel heavy-headed and light-footed.
He lay down on the bed, closed his eyes to rest for a while, and only then did he feel sowhat recovered. However, he did not continue reading the Five Elents handbook.
Professor Jiang was right. Reading this thing not only consus a trendous amount of spiritual power but also bears an indescribable ntal burden. Moreover, the ancient text’s form appeared to co from an extrely old era, making it quite troubleso to comprehend. Even Su Ping had started to regret not having Professor Jiang directly interpret it instead. Why was he subjecting himself to this suffering?
Fortunately, the portion he had managed to read had beco sowhat clear to him. This book likely contains so basic analysis of the Five Elents.
By comparison, the similarly inherited Five Elents Formation Map had once again attracted Su Ping’s attention.
Five Elents Formation Map.
The ever-capable Qian Yi reappeared and, looking at the Five Elents Formation Map in his master’s hand, took out the Sword of Fire with practiced ease.
EH?!
Su Ping glanced at Qian Yi and shook his head this ti. He reorganized his thoughts on the Five Elents.
Firstly, his initial idea about the Five Elents and the various elents was to use Qian Yi’s Paperman long sword to cultivate corresponding Skills such as Heart of Fire, Heart of Woods, and other Heart of Elents. Then, he wanted to see if Qian Yi, while using these swords together, could leverage the Paperman’s soul-splicing trait—similar to splicing bodies—to directly assemble a Super-Rank Skill: ’Heart of Elents’.
This was the most practical idea currently. It was also the most reliable and likely to be realized. Even Su Ping had considerable confidence in this. It was for this reason that he hadn’t dwelled much on this aspect!
Beyond that, he developed a second idea. Over the past few days, Su Ping had beco keenly interested in the generative cycle of the Five Elents within the Five Elents Formation Map.
That’s right, after infusing the Fire Attribute, it could be transford into the Earth Attribute, and then the Earth Attribute could be further transford into the tal Attribute... Continuing this process, the Energy of the Five Elents could keep cycling until it was completely exhausted.
However, Su Ping had thought of an outlandish possibility in this cycle.
Why should the total essence of Energy decrease when it transitions from the Fire Attribute to the Earth Attribute? On the surface, it seed like a ludicrous question.
The transformation and even the transfer of Energy inevitably lead to a decrease. If Energy were to increase instead, that would go against natural laws. However, the generative cycle of the Five Elents involves a unique kind of transformation.
This transformation is different from all other forms of Energy consumption. That point could actually still find so inspiration from Old Sha’s experience.
Old Sha’s Heart of the Sun underwent a fascinating transformation. The Power of the Sun is difficult to materialize; even under intense sunlight, ignition is the most that happens. It certainly isn’t capable of causing explosions.
This undoubtedly gave Su Ping so ideas. There are also so fundantal principles involved.
The conservation and transformation of Energy are not so one-sided. The principles behind the steam engine, levers, and even our own bodies attest to this.
An adult, energized by a full al, can move a total mass far exceeding their own strength, let alone the weight of the al they consud. Of course, the transformation of Energy isn’t a simple comparison like that. The concentration of Energy requires more than just a full al.
So, in the transformation process of the Five Elents’ generative and overcoming cycles, could other thods be used to make the power transform with greater magnitude? For instance, using the principle of levers as an analogy, the first transformation from Fire Elent to Earth Elent could be seen as the first lever. Then, the transformation from Earth Elental Power to Gold Elent becos the second lever, and so on.
Taking the Sun Equation as an example and applying it to the transformation of the Five Elents, the hypothetical formula would be:
1 Fire = 1.1 Earth = 1.2 Gold = 1.3 Water...
Even this bizarre equation could, in theory, extend indefinitely under such circumstances.
