「Eastern Sea.」
This was a desolate island. Located amidst the vast Eastern Sea, this small island stood as a no man’s land. At this mont, in the very heart of the island’s jungle, a lake was situated. Around this lake, there were several figures, two of whom were particularly conspicuous.
One was a strange, humanoid monster. It had similar limbs and a torso, along with a bizarre tail. However, its head was that of a fish. Fish scales graced its cheeks, and its dead-fish eyes regarded everything before it with indifference. Yet, if a Beast Tar proficient in aquatic Pet Beasts were present, they would recognize at first glance that this figure was a Spirit Saint Level being—the special Pet Beast, ’Sea King Yaksha’! It was the Second-stage Evolution of the Monarch Level Pet Beast, ’Patrolling Yaksha’.
The other figure was a presence dozens of tis larger than Sea King Yaksha. It was a gigantic crocodile. From head to tail, it asured a full hundred ters, coiled beside the lake like a small mountain. However, this Vast Sea Giant Crocodile, also at Spirit Saint Level, guarded the lakeside with imnse obedience.
Not only it, but Sea King Yaksha, so Emperor Level Pet Beasts behind them, and countless other Pet Beasts encircling the entire island, all seed to be worshiping sothing, waiting for sothing. Yet, there was nothing in the lake itself. But as ti passed, the lake’s color began to change subtly, shifting from its previous dark blue to a sowhat reddish tint. Finally, it looked as if it were a pool ford from fresh blood.
"It can finally be done. The blood sacrifice ritual has enough offerings of sea creatures. The human Beast Tars from Dragon Country are indeed powerful, accomplishing this in just over ten days," Sea King Yaksha said. It spoke not in any human language, but in the strange Serpentine Script.
The giant crocodile beside it also nodded. "Dragon Country is now one of the most powerful human nations; this is to be expected."
"Hmph! Back then, those humans from Dragon Country, with the help of that person, defeated my lord. They either slaughtered his lineage or drove them from the continent. They never imagined that my lord would see a day of resurrection, did they?" A fierce glint appeared in Sea King Yaksha’s eyes.
"Victors are kings, losers are rogues! Enough. Let’s not keep my lord waiting. Begin the ceremony!" the giant crocodile stated, not displaying the ferocity it had shown earlier, its tone remaining calm.
Sea King Yaksha turned its head, looking at the aquatic Ferocious Beasts behind it.
"Children, the ti to offer yourselves to our lord has co! Offer your blood and a part of your souls! When our lord ascends to the realm of myth, we shall all live eternally in the divine kingdom!"
After it finished speaking, a look of excited bloodthirst glead in Sea King Yaksha’s eyes. Its trident instantly pierced the bodies of all the attendant Ferocious Beasts, excluding itself and the giant crocodile. Across the island and its surrounding waters, blood ford a strange pattern, slowly flowing into this island’s central lake.
The island lake boiled at that mont.
However, just then, a voice sounded from the sky above:
"No wonder these fishy brats dared to invade the territory of Dragon Nation. So, there really was sothing sneaky pulling the strings behind the scenes?"
The giant crocodile and Sea King Yaksha abruptly looked up towards the source of the voice.
It was a small human figure—none other than Ray Saint.
A Spirit Saint Level human? A Dragon Nation Spirit Saint? Sea King Yaksha’s dead-fish eyes instantly focused. In the next mont, a trident that seed forged from storms, lightning, and waves appeared in its hand.
Ray Saint showed no intention of wasting words. Beneath him, a large, strange ray-like creature spread its wings, and a pair of lightning orbs began to condense between them.
The battle erupted in an instant.
「Crescent Island.」
The Pet Beasts from Pier Number Eighteen, the leftover resources, and that young Genius Breeder and Beast Tar who had caught the eye of all Beast Tars had all disappeared without a trace. They had vanished along with the newly arrived President Qin.
Everything that had just occurred seed like a dream. However, the shattered Pier Number Eighteen and the blood-stained surface of the water testified to what had just transpired.
Undoubtedly, in just under an hour, the scene that had unfolded was enough to shock everyone beyond belief. A Beast Tar slaughtering countless Pet Beasts of the sa level as if they were re pigs was enough to prove just how extraordinarily powerful the Pet Beasts cultivated by this Breeder Su were.
Unfortunately, at this mont, seeking Breeder Su’s help to cultivate Pet Beasts was exceedingly difficult—it wasn’t sothing that could be achieved with money alone. Everyone was filled with both admiration and regret.
At this very mont, in the only four-story office building on Crescent Island, Qin Erlong looked at Su Ping with a speechless expression.
"You scamp! You snuck here without even saying a word? If you wanted to test Pet Beast combat, you should have had soone watching. This place isn’t for ssing around. If sothing serious had happened, lives could have been lost!
"If you had really gotten into trouble here, whether I could keep my position as President would have been a whole other matter."
