After the competition ended, and the green-marked participants who made it to the next round were announced, Qiao Sang led Little Ting Dragon to et Mikaela at the entrance.
Many people passing by focused their attention on them.
With many competitors, not all who advance to the next round get cara ti, but Qiao Sang and Little Ting Dragon were morable in their brief spotlight.

Little Treasure Hunter floated next to Little Ting Dragon, patted its head, and exclaid, complinting Old Six.

Little Ting Dragon nonchalantly called back, indicating that it knew it would win upon seeing its opponent.
"Xun Xun?"
Little Treasure Hunter wore a curious look, seemingly asking, "You can tell just from that?"
anwhile, Qiao Sang started a conversation with Teacher Mikaela:
"If the wind had been stronger today, Little Ting Dragon might not have won so quickly."
Mikaela replied, "The cotton seed drifting with the wind is uncontrollable. If the wind were stronger and blew it out of the arena, it would have lost the match."
So the drifting with the wind is uncontrollable... If it were an outdoor match, wouldn’t it be very risky... Qiao Sang thought to herself.
Mikaela continued:
"It’s quite fortunate not to have faced a well-trained opponent right away."
Even though Little Ting Dragon is a super rare Dragon-type and Electric-type Pet Beast, its age is a limit, and its training has only recently begun, mostly in skill proficiency. Facing a slightly better-trained Pet Beast could easily result in a loss.

The cotton seed angrily cried twice, then turned and left.

"There are many Beast Tars and Pet Beasts who part ways after losing such competitions. You don’t need to feel guilty," Mikaela, having seen this scene as well, remarked.
