Is Steel Chief Kane going to evolve?
Impossible, that’s absolutely impossible!
Mikaela’s first reaction was that Qiao Sang had made a mistake.
However, another thought told her that Qiao Sang was now a B-level Beast Tar, who had experienced the evolution process of Pet Beasts multiple tis, making her chances of being wrong nearly negligible.
Mikaela took a deep breath and asked as calmly as she could:
"Did Steel Chief Kane evolve under the white light?"
"No." Qiao Sang quickly replied, "The problem lies here. I felt it was the light of evolution, but Gangbao didn’t evolve, and the white light only shone for a long ti."
That doesn’t seem like the Light of Evolution then... Upon hearing this, Mikaela inexplicably sighed in relief, saying:
"If that light was the Light of Evolution as you said, then Steel Chief Kane should have evolved under it. Even if the evolution ti was very short, it didn’t evolve."

"No need, just send your location, and I’ll have Pen Jiami pick you up directly." With that, Mikaela hung up the phone.
Seconds later, the phone vibrated.

"The reason I called you back is that Steel Chief Kane just emitted white light. Qiao Sang said it felt like the Light of Evolution, but the white light disappeared quickly, and Steel Chief Kane didn’t evolve, so I want you to check it and see what’s going on."
