"Li Tianming!" Even though Luori Guiyang's head had shattered, he hadn't truly died. There were still many eighth-overflow-soul astrons within his astral brain. As long as enough of them existed, his vita wouldn't be wiped out in one hit; they would just recongregate into a temporary astral brain to aid in his survival. That was one of the features of overflower astral biology!
However, if their bodies and cosmic charts were pletely wiped out, not even their vita would be able to prevent itself from dissipating. To kill astral gods, one had to either crush their vitae with soul power, vaporize their spiritform astrons, or utterly destroy their physical bodies. Since Tianming had Bai Ye, he had two methods at his disposal.
When Luori Guiyang's head burst apart, Bai Ye's Phantasmic Bubbles flowed into it, destroying many of the spiritform astrons within. However, it was a process that would take time due to the sheer volume of Luori Guiyang's body.
Then many attacks came Tianming's way. Xing Baizhan and the ninesun fienddragon wouldn’t leave him alone to do his thing.
Luori Guiyang's body gathered a portion of spiritform astrons to protect a small portion of his vita. His headless body used the imperial-class Ninesun Imperial Seal to execute the Heaven's Mystery Seal Art on Tianming. The ninesun fienddragon flashed brightly and rose into the air like a huge continent. It applied a lot of pressure with the abundant cosmoforce in its body that contained the power of Luori Guiyang's order, which seemed like a golden sea of flames.
However, any kind of order suppression would be absorbed by Tianming’s Order Relic Universal Body and rendered useless against him.
"This stinkbug is far too agile!" The ninesun fienddragon was used to protecting its beastmaster. Their teamwork had been rather well honed, but they’d been ill prepared to face a foe like Tianming, who was unrealistically agile and quick. Normally, foundationeers were small enough to be wiped out by casual abilities. Not to mention, while they may be more agile thanks to their size, they couldn't hit nearly as hard as an overflower. It was only terrifying when one was small, agile, tough, and capable of delivering fatal hits!
The ninesun fienddragon roared and sent its ability blasting around, hitting nothing. Its astrons had reached its peak density, so it couldn't shrink any smaller even if it wanted to. And the same was the case with Xing Baizhan, who was more agile than the dragon with his six warblades. In the Upper Star Ruin, specters were the best in close bat. While the blades were huge, they could be maneuvered in the most dextrous fashion. As such, the greatest threat to Tianming was Xing Baizhan.
Tianming used the grand lexicon wonder to hold back the rampaging ninesun fienddragon. Even though the words wouldn't hold it back for long, it would be long enough to give Tianming an opportunity to slip out of the encirclement.
"Die, insect!" Xing Baizhan's three heads roared in unison. His six warblades traced a gray prison, within which countless blade strokes were traced, forming a storm of death that headed toward the newly minted minor-zenith foundationeer. The large but deft blades made sure that every single blade stroke was carefully aimed to hit with maximum force!
Baizhan Blade Intent! It was a maniverse-class blade art that Xing Baizhan had honed through countless battles. Every single strike contained more than a hundred killing strokes that unpredictably morphed. His boundless cosmoforce and physical strength only made them all the more threatening.
"The divine devan race, eh?" Tianming chuckled and gripped the Grand-Orient Sword with both hands. The power of his decapath era godswords pulsed within it as they unleashed their sevenfold simulacrum, Pinnacle Swordpath. Countless flashes of sword light locked on to Xing Baizhan. With the abilities and physical boost of his beasts, he was even more of a specter than real specters!
The sword also burned with more than ten types of flames and blinding light from the Infinitum Stele gathered on the blade. His strike was so powerful that, even though it was just the second move of the Greatsun Suishen Art, Flood, he unleashed a galaxy-devastating slash!
With one sword, Tianming took on six of Xing Baizhan's blades. His sword wasn't even two meters long, either, and the warblades were forty meters long! It looked like a clash between a cleaver and a toothpick. The sight of a puny human going up against a gigantic, three-headed, six-armed titan was barely prehensible.
But when his sword clashed with the six blades, his power as the Galactic Emperor surged, allowing him to drive back the blades. His tiny body exploded with immense power as he shot toward Xing Baizhan and gave him a good slash! The huge titan slammed into the ground, shaking the Cosmic God Palace. Even the formations around them wobbled.
The harsh collision made Xing Baizhan ricochet through the corridor!
"Impossible!" While his body was greatly shaken by the impacts, his heart was even more shaken! "He isn’t even two meters tall! Where does all that power e from? What about his cosmoforce?!"
Being dominated by Tianming in the aspect he was most confident in was the most frustrating thing ever. Even though his heads had the expressions of Joy, Anger, and Sorrow, all three of them seemed more dazed than the expressions they were supposed to represent.
The devas watching were even more unwilling to accept the oute than Xing Baizhan. Naturally, the beastmasters that had watched Luori Guiyang get decapitated with a single slash also felt a sudden chill at their necks, as if Tianming's blade had already drawn close to them. Who would have imagined in their wildest dreams that a puny representative of the slave race could reach such heights in bat, killing almost all the geniuses of the Three Great Cults?!
"Snap out of it!" the ninesun fienddragon cried before attempting to bite Tianming with all nine heads. It also covered the entire battlefield with its Ninesun Scorchpath ability. At the same time, Luori Guiyang used the Ninesun Imperial Seal to suppress Tianming even more.
"Got it!" Xing Baizhan leaped up and turned into a gray storm that came slashing toward Tianming. He and the dragon flanked him from both sides. While they were huge, they were still quite precise and accurate in their attacks, but it didn't change how ical it looked for two huge beings to fight a tiny foe. Shocking, sure, but still ical!
"You still dare to make moves, huh?" Tianming leapt back and turned to the headless Luori Guiyang. His new head had regrown up to the neck using astrons from his other body parts as temporary replacements. Tianming's gaze made him shudder in panic.
"The one thing I'm least afraid of is being ganged up on!" Tianming vanished all of a sudden, letting Meow Meow help by controlling his trajectory. Using Fiveway Blitzrun, he rapidly approached Luori Guiyang. Though the specter and beast's attacks were accurate, they only ended up hitting each other when their target disappeared!
