Moran was hiding somewhere a little farther away from the battlefield, so Yumo Xiaoyou couldn't quite get a good look and thought she was an actual cosmic god wonderian. However, he didn't show an ounce of fear.
His body suddenly began shifting. Tianming had never seen a cosmic god skyghoul until then. A terrifying aura of blackness spread out across the battlefield as the stiff, mask-like face turned into one of a fiend. His gleaming black eyes shone with an aura of death. Scales, claws, and talons grew out longer and more prominent. Within his eyes were six irises in total.
The bination of a cosmic god physique and that of a specter gave it an air of beauty, making Tianming look forward to Zi Zhen's transformation as a cosmic god. Too bad the object of beauty before him was his enemy, a skyghoul!
Yumo Xiaoyou fixated on Moran and charged toward her, brightly flashing as he shot across the ruins. Cosmic gods were, at the end of the day, much stronger than astral gods and had bodies that were perfectly forged for battle.

Yumo Xiaoyou's eyes flashed with curiosity. He figured that he could easily kill Moran, regardless of the divine wonders; she was just a third-level overflower, after all. But just as he was about to strike, two grade-two cosmic god wonders stopped him! Tianming had infused a part of Ji Ji's power into those essences to help Moran bring out the fullest potential of the divine wonders.
"Hold him down!" It would be quite a difficult task for her. Tianming, on the other hand, went after the weak link: Yumo Xiaoshuang!
"Okay!" The two chessboards quickly rotated and slammed down on the specter's body. Each board had sixteen pieces, every single one pulsing with power and sporting a variety of military formations.
Yumo Xiaoyou could easily crush the divine wonders with his fists, claws, and abilities, but it would be pointless as they could quickly manifest again. They pletely swarmed him, pressing down on him with as much pressure as an entire planet!
"Keep holding on. I'll deal with the girl and sell her to the wonderians. She might be worth something," Yumo Xiaoyu said. Once the divine wonders were broken through, Moran would be crippled!
"I'm fine." Yumo Xiaoshuang nodded and inched toward the other young specters, who cautiously held on to the little beastballs and shuffled toward Yumo Xiaoyu.
"What level is he?"
"Probably the tenth level of the Overflow stage!"
"And he dares to approach us?"
They struggled to prehend Tianming's intentions. The strongest among the youths was a major-zenith overflower.
"Let me handle this," said the genius oblivion-variant skyghoul girl. Her six irises swirled with the power of twilight, forming a kind of cyclic pattern. The six cycles circulated her cosmoforce and generated the dark power of death. Six streams that separated life and death shot toward Tianming! Yellowspring Torment!
Yumo Xiaoshuang then hid amidst the streams as she made her way toward her foe. The major-zenith overflower simply had far more cosmoforce than Tianming did.
However, he merely wielded the Grand-Orient Sword, circulating his and his beasts' cosmoforce, enhanced by Ji Ji's genesis ancestral nova source to unleash his strike. His two soul beasts also put in work, one attacking on its own and the other infusing itself into his totems. Bai Ye's Phantasmic Bubbles phased through the specter's abilities and struck her astral brain! Then, Tianming's arms launched two abilities that pushed apart the Yellowspring Torment.
At the end of the day, the Primordial Chaos Beasts were still Tianming's trump cards. With their support, he had no problem going straight to the finishing move. He infused his 30-fold simulacrum totems into the Grand-Orient Sword before splitting it in two.
Once more, the stargates opened! Ahead of each sword were ten of Bai Ling’s infant souls. In addition to the stargates he had opened before, there was a new golden one. The star within was a maniverse-class world shaped like a butterfly, a maniverse-class world that the Sin Pantheon called home: Myriadsin Capital!
Tianming’s sixth sword strike was fused into the posite move. He had already unleashed quite a lot of the Desolation Stargate Sword Formation’s potential. The full power of his strike made up at least four-tenths of his total power, the rest of which came from his beasts. In fact, the more resistant his foe was toward soul power, the more effective his moves would be, though that could be mitigated by wonderians who protected their astral brains with their wonders. That said, however, Bai Ling was a force to be reckoned with against any specter.
Bai Ye's Phantasmic Bubbles hammered down on her head like a jackhammer, significantly dampening the force of her strike. Then Tianming came down with the power of six stars in his swords at full force! The blazing white flash of the strike pierced Yumo Xiaoshuang's body, breaking through her physical defenses. Then the two swords tore through everything else and skewered the oblivion-variant specter through the chest.
"It worked!" It was the first time Tianming had fought against someone seven levels above him—one that was a maniverse-class genius, at that—and he was truly excited. However, he had still underestimated his opponent. Even as her soul and body were greatly hurting, Yumo Xiaoshuang didn't relent. Her astral brain might have been crushed, but her mind was still intact!
With a loud boom, she headbutted Tianming and sent him flying, almost caving in her own face in exchange. Thankfully, Tianming's purple mask had provided some protection, but that didn't stop the pain and mild bleeding that resulted.
Thankfully, Yumo Xiaoshuang was already heavily injured. Tianming got up and saw her bloody form before mercilessly charging in.
"Big Brother!" she cried.
"How dare you?!" The specter in the distance smashed more wonders, only for them to reform. Without another word, he took out his transmission stone and called Yuan Long. "You heard all that, right? e quickly! The Baili brothers’ murderer is here! Don't you need to look into this for their parents?"
