Levels Seven and Eight are managent, responsible for sales and operations of various departnts.
All employees from Levels One to Eight, from the mont they join Hymn Company, share a common dream.
That is to reach Level Nine and enter the board as a partner.
This is not an unrealistic dream; the only assessnt criterion in Hymn Company is performance.
As long as your performance is good enough, you can continue to get promoted.
