"We must deal with Mo Ke." Raymond tapped the screen beside him and said in a deep voice.

"He was the forr director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is now the head of the Security Departnt at Hymn Company. It’s safe to say that he alone holds almost ninety percent of the Federation’s secrets!"

"I don’t care what your goals are, but to complete your mission, you can’t do it without him. I really liked what he said yesterday - each of us should do what we’re supposed to do well."

"So, for our own sake, we must also take him out!"

Booker grinned and said, "You just wait on the side for the interrogation!"

Raymond glanced around and, seeing no objections from the others, announced:

"The Hymn Hunter plan officially begins!"

Booker and the other two left first, leaving only Raymond and Wu Chang’s True Self in the room.

Raymond asked, "Are you sure your thod will work?"

Wu Chang shrugged and said, "We’ll know if we try it, after all, there’s not much cost for trial and error."

Raymond asked in confusion, "Where did you get your information?"

Wu Chang gestured for silence, "This question crosses boundaries. You just need to know that we have a common enemy. I will help you exact revenge, Agent Raymond. I trust you’re a professional agent who won’t let curiosity affect your judgnt."

Raymond paused for a mont, sighed, and said, "You’re right."

Seeing that Raymond did not continue to question, Wu Chang also left the room and moved toward his target.

Coming out from the Mao Bear Gang’s hideout, the scorching sun outside made him squint.

He took out his phone; it’s now twelve-thirty in the afternoon, the sun’s peak ti of the day, and also when Hymn Company is busiest.

In the past few days, because of the Hymn Hunters, the managent of Hymn Company has been extrely cautious when traveling, with safety being the priority.

Now, with the press conference imminent, even though they know the Hymn Hunters are still at large and possibly more active than before, they can’t be bothered with much security or secrecy, only aiming for the most efficient transit to top hotels.

In the eyes of Hymn’s managent, the tycoons coming to the press conference are like walking vaults, and their nas on the business cards have been uniformly changed to performance.

Rivers, a level seven supervisor in the Insurance Departnt, forrly a trusted lieutenant of Farrell, is one of the strong contenders for the manager of the Insurance Departnt.

In many people’s eyes, Rivers has more than a seventy-percent chance of winning the competition and becoming the next manager; he should be playing it safe and not taking risks.

But Rivers thinks the opposite; the more it is this kind of occasion, the more he needs to expand his advantage.

A person’s life can last many days, but the opportunity to secure multiple big deals in one day may only be now.

As long as he can achieve the performance to secure the manager position, should the Hymn Hunters want their lives? Let them!

It turns out, fortune favors the brave.

Taking the risk of being targeted by the Hunters, Rivers visited five clients in the morning and secured deals with three, all of which were major ones.

He ca down from the high floors of the hotel, got into his car, and was in high spirits.

He knew there wouldn’t be any problem; the entire Hymn managent turned out in full force, numbering over a thousand people, the Hymn Hunter has only one, it couldn’t be so unlucky to just target him, right?

Just as he was about to start the engine, he suddenly felt as if there was sothing in the back seat. As he was about to look in the rearview mirror, his head felt heavy, and his vision went black.

When he opened his eyes again, he found himself in a strange room.

The room was quite simple, like a newly built roughcast room, without even painted walls, but the surrounding walls and floor were covered with thick soundproofing cotton. No need to guess what will happen next.

He wanted to call for help, but his mouth was stuffed, and he couldn’t make a sound.

Perhaps sensing his awakening, two masked people ca in; one adjusted the instrunts and injected sothing into him, shortly after which he vaguely heard sothing like "activate in nine hours" before falling into unconsciousness again.

In the room, having completed the potion injection, Raymond looked up at Wu Chang and said:

"Just as you said, he indeed has a good affinity with the Disqualified Monster, matching far beyond those I found previously. Without extra adjustnts, he can be transford into a Disqualified Monster."

Wu Chang shrugged and said, "You should trust your allies."

Raymond took out his phone, on which the notepad displayed four nas. He blacked out Rivers’ na and then said:

"Of course I trust you, I’m just curious where you got the list."

Seeing that Wu Chang had no intention of answering, Raymond took the initiative and said:

"Never mind, I shouldn’t have asked, Booker has succeeded too, I’ll go and check over there."

After Raymond left, Wu Chang muttered to himself:

"How did I get the list? Of course, it’s from Hymn Company’s own Hymn Selection."

Raymond’s goal was to create multiple Disqualified Monsters and throw Wildo City into chaos, thereby luring Mo Ke out.

Since they needed to create chaos that could draw Mo Ke out, ordinary Disqualified Monsters wouldn’t do. If they’re all like Muraoka Keisuke, a few Gold dal Employees could easily handle them.

So Wu Chang targeted the hidden Sin Value database.

With the ninth-level clearance of his true form, he analyzed who on the list would be most likely to go out and randomly picked four, creating this list.

The four on the list are all standouts in the Sin Value database, each with verifiable exploits, none with a Sin Value below 85—if the death penalty could be stacked, executing them all might cause the price of potassium chloride in the entire Federation to spike.

These four transford Disqualified Monsters are definitely intense enough.

Ti passed quickly, and the sky gradually darkened.

At ten-thirty in the evening, to welco the distinguished guests from afar, Wildo City Hall held a grand fireworks display.

Massive hot air balloons floated over the city, with a layer of screens on their surface, displaying rolling text.

"For Liberty and Civilization!"

Tonight is destined to be a sleepless night. Perhaps several years or even decades later, if all goes well, reminiscing about tonight, the citizens will speak of it with relish.

Unfortunately, soone wished to end the nightlife early.

At the top of the Weider Building, the fifth-tallest building in Wildo, standing here, one can almost overlook the entire city. From here, the arrangents made by Wu Chang and others during the dayti can be simultaneously observed.

Raymond, holding a binocular, confird that the situation aligned with the plan, with no crowd gathering around the Disqualified Monsters, only critical facilities, he muttered to himself:

"Ti for the good kids to go to bed."

Ring ring ring~

With the alarm ringing, a loud roar emanated from the new plant near Wildo Power Company.

A monster over ten ters tall, shaped like a giant worm, smashed through the plant and roared at the moonlight.

Imdiately, it turned its gaze toward the power company and accelerated its charge.

Simultaneously, in the storage room on the first floor of the telecommunications company, a large amount of sli gushed out, flooding the corridor in an instant.

Disqualified Monsters appeared in succession around the water supply company and the new energy power company.

Each disqualified monster had a size starting at ten ters, making it impossible for people not to notice them as they wreaked havoc.

Alarm bells soon rang through the night air as people abandoned their festivities, madly rushing ho.

Due to the sudden nature of the incidents, no ti for organized evacuation was available at crowded locations; disordered escaping crowds quickly plunged the city into chaos.

At the top of the Weider Building, Booker whistled and said, "This is way more exciting than a monster disaster movie."

Raymond, timing the commotion, called the number Mo Ke left him after about ten minutes of chaos and said:

"Mr. Mo Ke, I see a team of mysterious individuals moving towards the city hall amidst the chaos, is there sothing there?"

On the other end, Mo Ke said, "Keep an eye on them as best as you can and see what they are up to."

"Yes, Mr. Mo Ke."

After hanging up, Raymond remarked, "That old guy, no bunny, no hawk, it seems we must cause a stir."

Booker laughed and said, "A stir? That’s my favorite!"

He blew his whistle hard, and a massive motorcycle materialized next to him.

He straddled the motorcycle and said, "I’m going joyriding; the capturing is up to you guys!"

A great gust roared out as Booker rode the motorcycle, descending along the Weider Building, breaking a long streak in the glass with its massive blow.

The stir imdiately caught the attention of the police and Hymn patrol teams. Helicopters and police vehicles were soon following him, and if Booker had a star rating for law enforcent, it would probably be at its maximum by now.

Raymond packed away the binocular, turned, and said, "It’s ti for us to move too."
