When they reached the top and exited the rather modest mountain range, Su Chen smiled and said:
"Everyone, let's part ways here."
"Young Master Su, aren't you coming back with us?"
Old Xu quickly said upon hearing this.
"No, I have so matters to attend to."
Su Chen replied with a faint smile.
"Alright then, I wish you all the best!"
Old Xu thought for a mont before speaking. He actually understood that soone like Su Chen couldn't possibly stay with them for long! What's more, the other party had initially co to them just to inquire about the situation!
Even so, Old Xu couldn't help but show a reluctant expression.
The others felt the sa way. Although they hadn't known Su Chen for a long ti, this young man had beco a hero in their hearts!
"No need to be so formal, Old Xu."
Su Chen chuckled indifferently. To him, it was indeed just a matter of lifting a finger.
"Miss Xue, let's part ways here as well!"

"Young Master Su, since you don't have any particular place to visit for now, why not co with to the City Lord's Mansion?"

Originally, Su Chen did not intend to visit the City Lord's Mansion, but after seeing the recruitnt notice, his curiosity was piqued!
"Alright."
Su Chen nodded in agreent.
"Then let's go."
Upon hearing Su Chen's agreent, a look of joy blossod on Xue Yiyi's pretty face.
After not much walking, they arrived at the City Lord's Mansion. Compared to the modest city, the mansion was rather grand, exuding a sense of majesty!
"Who goes there!"
As soon as they approached the main gate, a guard imdiately shouted.
"I am Xue Yiyi, daughter of the City Lord of Snow City, may I trouble you to announce our arrival."
Xue Yiyi spoke up.
"Daughter of the City Lord of Snow City?"
The guards were stunned upon hearing this. The daughter of the City Lord of Snow City was august and distinguished, how could she suddenly appear in Fengcheng, and with a young man accompanying her?!
However, they dared not be careless and could not ascertain if this lady truly was the City Lord's daughter, but what if she was?
Therefore, one of them quickly went to inform the authorities!

"Yiyi, why have you suddenly co to Fengcheng without even a guard by your side?"
