"Honey, you stay here for now. I'm going to see how we can escape."
What Su Chen had done so far was just to make Ruoxue temporarily comfortable; however, they had no food and not much water. Water could be solved by lting ice, but food was a more difficult issue.
Without food, he might manage for a few days and eating so snow might help sustain them a bit longer, but Ruoxue wouldn't last long. The most urgent problem was how to escape from this fissure that was tens of ters high—and they needed to do it fast!
Getting out of such a high crevice was not impossible for Su Chen; the real challenge was bringing Ruoxue with him, which was not so simple.
Su Chen took a deep breath and then activated all the True Yuan in his body, dashing towards a snow-covered mountain wall. With one step, he shot up about five or six ters!
As his ascent slowed, he imdiately found a protruding rock to land on!
He then activated his True Yuan again and leapt from the rock!
Reaching the sa height of five or six ters, he began looking for sowhere to land, but found nothing. He then continued using his Cultivation Technique to climb higher, finally spotting a foothold about a ter higher.

He then pulled out a dagger and, after clearing the snow from the mountain wall at a height parallel to his neck, slid the dagger into a crack and gently twisted it.
Su Chen's dagger was not made of ordinary material. With this twist, the nearby rocks and rubble imdiately started to fall.
Then, with a downward stroke of his dagger, sparks flew and a deep gash was made in the hard rock!
Su Chen cut a few more tis, causing more rocks to tumble down, and after about half an hour, a small, step-like platform had ford.
Su Chen jumped onto the freshly carved platform and continued leaping upwards, reaching the five or six ter height again, this ti landing on the spot he had seen before.
Thus, Su Chen kept leaping, inspecting potential footholds above and digging out platforms when the height was too great, thereby reducing the distance.

Lin Ruoxue heard what Su Chen said, but she didn't move an inch. How could she be at ease entering the snow cave now!
Su Chen couldn't attend to her at the mont and continued to leap upwards, his body ascending as if free from gravity.
Seeing this scene, Lin Ruoxue was completely dumbfounded. Was this a man flying through the air?
"Husband, be careful!"
Lin Ruoxue yelled, watching Su Chen seemingly flying in the air, feeling as if her entire heart was in her throat. If he wasn't careful and fell down, wouldn't he die from such a fall!

As he ca down, Su Chen directly jumped down from ten ters, and within two or three steps, he reached the ground!
