"Sir, is this your sister?"
Aunt Sun saw Yan Xi beside Su Chen and imdiately bead:
"The girl is really beautiful!"
"Hello, Aunt Sun."
Yan Xi sweetly called out.
"Alright, Miss has already called back, and I've prepared Miss Yan's room." Aunt Sun cheerfully replied upon hearing Yan Xi's sweet voice.
"Thank you, Aunt Sun."
Truth be told, Yan Xi's sweet talk instantly won Aunt Sun's favor upon their first eting.
"Alright, Aunt Sun, please take her to see her room first," Su Chen smiled and said.
"Alright, Sir." Aunt Sun then said to Yan Xi:
"Miss Yan, co with and take a look. If there's anything you're not satisfied with, let know and I'll make the changes."
Saying that, she walked towards the row of rooms inside the living room...
Su Chen also walked toward a room near the entrance, which used to be his room.
After entering the room, Su Chen imdiately dragged out a wooden box from under the bed. The lock had been broken by Qi ng, so Su Chen didn't bother to replace it, opening the box with a flick.
He didn't look at the treasures inside, but instead took out a pitch-black token from the bottom of the box.
"Could it be that what they're looking for is this token?"
Su Chen murmured to himself, staring at the mottled patterns on the token.
He rembered that this token and the sheepskin scroll were the only two things he had when he was expelled from the Su Family.
He never paid much attention to the token before, casually tossing it into the wooden box.
After all, it didn't look special; if sold on a street stall, no one would buy it for even five bucks.
The reason he kept this token was that his mother had given it to him, rely a sentintal keepsake!
But now that people from Shengyi Gate ca looking for this token today, it indicated it was by no ans simple!
But what exactly was special about this token?
Su Chen scrutinized it for a mont but found nothing notable.
However, since soone, especially people from Shengyi Gate, had their eyes on it, he had to hide it well!
He then leaped up, opened a hidden compartnt in the ceiling, and retrieved a tal box, placing the token inside before sealing it back in the compartnt.
These people didn't co to his place first to search because they probably didn't consider him a threat.
After all, no matter where he hid the token, as long as they captured him, they wouldn't have trouble finding it.
Hearing footsteps outside, Su Chen opened the door and stepped out.
"Yan Xi, satisfied with the room?"
Su Chen casually asked.
"Satisfied, extrely satisfied!"
Yan Xi replied with a broad smile; her accommodations in Hidden Dragon Hall were too plain!
"Glad you're satisfied!"
Su Chen said.
"Sir, I'll go buy groceries now." Aunt Sun said and then left.
"Although you have left Hidden Dragon Hall, you mustn't neglect your cultivation, or I won't be able to justify it to your master."
After Aunt Sun left, Su Chen said seriously.
"Got it. Cultivating here is so easy; one day is equivalent to eight or nine days elsewhere!" Yan Xi cheerfully exclaid.
"Alright then, I'm going to cultivate. Feel free to look around." Su Chen said before heading upstairs.
Yan Xi then started exploring, knowing she might be living here for a while.
After finishing her tour, Yan Xi returned to her room to cultivate. Although playful, she knew not to slack off in cultivation.
Both stayed in their rooms until Lin Ruoxue returned, and Aunt Sun called them out for dinner.
The group sat around the table and began eating dinner.
In Hidden Dragon Hall, Yan Xi mostly ate alone, feeling bored and lonely.

Early the next morning, Aunt Sun had breakfast ready. After eating together, the three of them went to work.

Su Chen understood their insinuations and pretended to cough twice:
"This is my god-sister. She'll be working in the PR departnt. Please take care of her."
"Su Minister, is she your god-sister or 'god'-sister?" Zhao Lin approached Su Chen, leaning half her body on him, and whispered teasingly in his ear.
She emphasized the word "god" notably when referring to the second "god-sister."
"Su Minister, these god-brother and god-sister relationships can easily turn into sothing more!" Ran Ting swayed her slim waist and leaned in, pressing close to him.
Soon, other won joined the commotion, their soft bodies nearly enveloping Su Chen like a sandwich!
Yan Xi spent most of her ti in Hidden Dragon Hall, not understanding their suggestive remarks!
She simply stared, wide-eyed, at the beautiful won tightly surrounding Su Chen, seemingly taking liberties with him, feeling a bit stunned!
What is going on? Yan Xi felt her brain wasn't quite computing!
She also noticed Su Chen wasn't all that innocent, grabbing a handful here and pinching a bit there, enjoying himself thoroughly!
After a while, Su Chen finally managed to break free from the encirclent and said:
"Alright, I entrust my sister to you all! Please teach her well!"
"Your grand minister has spoken, how could we dare disobey?" Ran Ting glanced at him with her beautiful eyes.
"Alright, work well here!"
Su Chen said to Yan Xi.
"Got it!" Yan Xi replied with a slightly curt tone.
Su Chen felt puzzled. What was wrong with her?
However, he didn't think much and turned to walk back to his office.
Just as he was about to sit down, his phone rang. He saw it was Du Hanshuang, and although he didn't want to answer, he feared she might co straight to the company if he didn't, so he picked it up.
"Brother-in-law, my sister is critically ill! Please co and see her!"
As soon as the call connected, Du Hanshuang's tearful voice ca through...
