Uncertain how much ti had passed.

Shi Caifeng finally regained her senses and looked at Lou Yi with a flushed face: "What kind of Hard Qi Technique is this, that you can still use even when your Qi-Blood is locked?"

"Family cultivation technique, we need to hurry," Lou Yi replied.

Old Man Shi might return at any ti, and he needed to escape during this period.

"Petrification."

Lou Yi’s right palm turned completely jade-white, emitting a faint brilliance.

Then, under Shi Caifeng’s astonished gaze, his five fingers plunged into the refined steel rock as if it were tofu, instantly gouging out a small hole.

"Are you the legendary human-shaped spirit monster?" Shi Caifeng exclaid.

She leaned in close to Lou Yi to observe, not caring at all as her open neckline revealed a generous amount of cleavage.

At this mont, Lou Yi had no interest in taking advantage of her, impatiently pushing Shi Caifeng aside and continuing with his grand wall-digging endeavor.

’Puchi!’

’Puchi!’

’Puchi!’

Continuously, milky white stones were being extracted, and the hole in the wall grew deeper and eventually large enough for a person to pass through.

...

"The beautiful scenery of the Western Hills is hard to appreciate; just wish to spend years with you..."

Inside the house, Old Man Shi humd an unknown tune with an expression full of smugness.

’Unexpectedly, that useless boy Qingde, indeed found an outstanding young man for . Innate Divine Power, huh, never thought I’d encounter such a talent in this corner of Wangjiang County.

Once this uncooked rice is cooked, even if I have to force them to marry, I will do it! Do you think my Shi Family’s daughter can be taken advantage of so easily?’

Old Man Shi grew happier and happier as he thought about it.

Originally, his daughter’s marriage prospects had worried him sick.

Today he finally found a satisfactory son-in-law, whose talent exceeded his expectations.

As for the possibility of Lou Yi not wanting to marry his daughter, he did not consider it for a second.

He was a dignified Martial Artist, one of the few in all of Tai City, could he really be troubled by this?

"It’s been three or four hours, it should be about ti. I need to go have a look," Old Man Shi murmured to himself.

His figure vanished from the house with a ’whoosh’, appearing above the cellar where his daughter was confined after a few monts.

"Kid, my daughter got a great bargain out of you this ti, what do you say about that?" Old Man Shi cleared his throat and said seriously.

From below the cellar, there was no response.

Old Man Shi didn’t mind, continuing: "My daughter still is a pure young maiden!

As a man, don’t you think you should be responsible for her?"

Still, there was no sound from the cellar.

"You wouldn’t want to eat and run, not taking responsibility, right?" Old Man Shi frowned, "Go ask around in the martial world, what kind of person Shi Santong is; even King Yama has to pay for als at my place!"

Seeing no movent below, Old Man Shi finally realized sothing was wrong.

He opened the cellar door and leaped in, shaking his head as he looked around, his face changing drastically.

A pit over a foot in diater was blatantly present before him.

Beside the hole were heaps of milky white stone fragnts.

"Good kid, you’ve got a few tricks!" Old Man Shi laughed in anger, his figure flickering and reappearing outside the cellar.

Using Lightweight Skill, his robe fluttering, he continuously surveyed around his ho but couldn’t find any trace of Lou Yi and Shi Caifeng.

...

’Munch munch!’

’Gulp gulp!’

"Mmm, so delicious! These past days have nearly driven mad!"

Inside a secluded house.

Shi Caifeng was holding a big chicken leg in one hand and a wine jar in the other, eating and drinking, her mouth greasy with no semblance of ladylike decorum.

"Sis, slow down, there’s enough to eat," Shi Qingde said helplessly beside her.

"Did you prepare the pills to release the Blood Force?" Shi Caifeng asked with her lips pursed.

"Brother Jiang is working on it."

Half an hour later, Jiang Chenyu rushed back.

He pulled out a porcelain bottle from his pocket, shook it, and handed one white Elixir Pill each to Lou Yi and Shi Caifeng.

"Here, these are Unsealing Pills, take them and they’ll resolve Uncle Shi’s Blood Force."

Jiang Chenyu finished, glaring fiercely at Lou Yi, leaving him bewildered.

"I don’t need it," Lou Yi shook his head.

As long as there’s enough energy, the Attribute Panel can resolve all negative conditions, naturally including the techniques of Martial Artists that lock Qi-Blood.

Shi Caifeng, on the other hand, grabbed the pill and quickly shoved it into her mouth.

Monts later, her Qi-Blood began to recover and her skin turned red. Visible white steam continuously exuded from her body.

’Whoosh! Whoosh!’

From up close, you could even hear the sound of her Qi-Blood flowing, like water.

"I feel like I’m about to break through," Shi Caifeng’s eyes sparkled, "The Old Guy’s Blood Force seems to resonate with my Secret Blood."

"Really, that’s fantastic!" Shi Qingde exclaid, "I have Top-Grade Qi Blood Pills!"

"I’m carrying part of the Red-crowned Bird Spirit’s crest from last ti!" Jiang Chenyu quickly added.

Shi Caifeng was already a Peak Martial Artist of Minor Circulation; if she could break through this ti, she’d achieve Great Circulation.

In any sect, she would be considered a mainstay figure.

Lou Yi slightly nodded as well, not expecting Shi Caifeng to stumble upon the opportunity for a breakthrough after this ordeal.

She was a naturally gifted individual, able to contend with Major Circulation while at the Minor Cycle Peak.

Breaking through this ti could an her combat strength won’t be far from his own.

The group exited the room, shut the door, and stood quietly outside, not daring to make any sound.

Lou Yi sensed closely and realized the heat in the room was climbing, as if a furnace was raging.

At one point, the fire surged to its peak, nearly bursting through the house, then swiftly extinguished, as if it had never appeared.

’Creak!’

Shi Caifeng pushed open the door, her face beaming with a radiant smile.

"I did it, I succeeded! Hahaha!"

"Congratulations!" Everyone cheered, offering their felicitations.

But the issue followed, where could she live now, since returning ho was not an option?

Shi Caifeng’s eyes darted around, stepping forward to pat Lou Yi’s shoulder: "Holess, will you take in?"

With this statent, Shi Qingde’s gaze turned odd, and Jiang Chenyu’s face stiffened completely.

"I have no vacant rooms at my place." Lou Yi simply refused.

Joking aside, with Old Man Shi around, Shi Caifeng was a big headache.

Moreover, it would expose his identity as a disciple of the Extre Fist Sect.

Though the mbers of the Beast Hunting Squad were all highly reliable and trustworthy, Lou Yi didn’t want to reveal his identity too early.

After all, his strength was lacking and enemies nurous.

At present, he was Liu Yi when facing the Extre Fist Sect disciples, and Liu Shu when with his fellow Beast Hunter guards.

In all of Tai City, only Tian Sushi and her maid Xiaoqian knew his true identity.

"Fine, I don’t care anyway," Shi Caifeng sneered disdainfully, "In a few days, I’m heading back to the camp anyway."

"I’ll still need so ti," Lou Yi said.

Earlier, he confird with Shi Caifeng that her contributions weren’t enough to view the Top-grade Exchange Register at the Beast Hunting Bureau.

The Bone-piercing Orchid and other treasures related to the advancent of Breathing Techniques had to be sought elsewhere.

The group walked out, ready to part ways.

At this point, it was already late into the night, the moon hanging high, with oil lamps extinguished in every household.

’Whoosh whoosh!’

Several dark figures flashed across the street ahead, all clad in gray uniforms, speeding toward a single direction.

Feeling their aura, Lou Yi discovered they were all characters at the Martial Artist level.

"Xu Family mbers," Shi Caifeng squinted her eyes, "Gathering in the dead of night, surely up to no good."

"Shall we go see?" she eagerly looked at Lou Yi, automatically ignoring Shi Qingde and Jiang Chenyu.

"Alright." Lou Yi thought of his grudge with the Xu Family and felt a rising curiosity.
