“” Unexpectedly just after our attendance check was over, a synthetic voice echoed throughout the classroom. I don’t think we’ve heard anything from this in a while. “”
“...What?” I can’t help but audibly voiced out my confusion. It tells us so much in so little ti, they can’t possibly expect us to not feel overwheld. “Uh. Well. Okay. Glery, put your shit down, and let’s move.”
“O-On it.” She replied, sounding just about as overwheld as I am.
Both of us grabbed so of our belongings before walking out into the corridor and stepping on one of the platforms.
The control panel shoots out of the ground once we step on the platform. Now let’s see here… Battle arena… there we go!

…Whoa, what the heck? Where is this? This is definitely unexplored territory.
“...Is that real?” Glery asked, pointing at the reception area with a… knight in full armor? What the fuck?
“I don’t know.” I said while other students walked towards the one clad in steel. What are they even gonna talk about? “Where the heck are we anyway? Got any clue?”
“Uhh…” Glery said before looking around, checking the design of the area. “Well there isn’t really anything standing out aside from the layout…”
anwhile after the conversation they’re having, the group walked further in. Is this guy here to just explain what’s going on?
“Let’s go talk to the guy, I guess. Or do you need more ti?” I asked before the line ford around the dude, or worse the area getting cramped. This area is pretty big, but with how many students that are going to get here, there’s no guarantee.
“Sorry. Nothing ca up, we can go now.” She said, sounding rather apologetic.
“It’s fine, let’s just get moving already.” I said before the two of us approached the suits of armor. “So… What are we doing here, big guy?”
“Welco, young masters. Please make your way to one of the teleporter booths, or simply walk into and secure a seat in the stadium. Please take a look at the map behind .” The voice is oddly monotone, reminding of the one announcing this sudden event earlier…
“Well. Let’s go then?” I said, still confused as to what’s really going on, but we shouldn’t keep the guy busy.
Now let’s take a look at this map… Yeah. It looks like a stadium alright. We’re at the front, and we need to go… Well. Either left or right is fine, but I guess we’ll move right.
“Now is this any different from the… Hmm…” We entered a booth together and checked what this teleporter is like.
So from what I am seeing from this interface. You can either teleport to a specific seat that is still free, or in the middle of a specific row. We can’t actually use the forr option since that is only available if only one person is in the booth. I guess this is a way of making sure we aren’t teleported on top of one another.

“Okay. Let’s just sit right here…” Both of us sat down near the bottom of the stadium, only a few rows from the very bottom in hope of a good view of whatever is going to happen next. What ti is it right now anyway? 8: 29 am… still a good amount of ti left to talk chop and… Actually, let check this desk, it seems to have a few buttons on it.

…Nothing is happening. It looks futuristic so I thought it’s going to have so sort of convenience or sothing. Looks like it’s just aesthetic. Maybe it’s off right now? Usually when sothing is on there’s sothing on it that lights up.
“Hey, so what is this gonna be about?” A newcor asked as she sat down next to . Not a face I recognize, with blue hair and eyes, the fins on the side of her head and on her arms that look more like dangerous claws, this kind of appearance isn’t one to slip past your mind.
“No idea. I don’t think anyone aside from the school faculty knows.” I answered the best I could as my eyes darted around. This place is definitely big, but I’ve been to a stadium way bigger than this. It’s not really the fault of this place, since it’s probably within the area of the institute itself that is surrounded by castle walls.
The area around the school itself was always disproportionate. There was nothing around it for the longest ti and now it is making liberal use of that land.
Maybe if it isn’t sharing space with the main building and a few others, this stadium would’ve been even more massive. It seems to have so other stadiums beaten in height, at least. Can’t imagine the viewing experience from that far up to be good.
But first of all… “Who the heck are you? I don’t think I recognize you from anywhere.”
“? I’m Fiss. Just entered the school this sester, you know, the big one. Makes sense you don’t know .” She said, remaining quite affable.
“One of those who just got in? Can’t imagine you being from around here then.” There’s not that many schools in this small town in the first place, and this has always been the best one even before all of this.
“Yeah. It’s a bit of a long ride to get here. Not unmanageable, but Mom and Dad probably have to work overti for the car fuel.” She jokingly answered. I’m gonna assu it’s not that much of a struggle then… “By the way, you’ve been here for a while?”
“Yeah. Since middle school.” I answered. Place has quite a long history, there have been so big changes not long after I enrolled… Not as big as this, of course, but there have been so nice changes to the place after it got a new principal after the old one suddenly disappeared.
“Can’t imagine how startling it is that your school just got replaced in a flash like that.” She noted. I think a lot of people share that sentint, really. “And even more so that all the school staff is basically the sa.”
“You can say that again. It was all kinds of bewildering.” It does an I don’t have to deal with anyone I don’t know. It’s technically a familiar ground if you stretch the definition to its thinnest.
“What’s your na by the way?” She suddenly asked. Guess she did just tell her na, it’d be rude not to reciprocate.
“It’s Lynda.” I said before taking a glance at Glery who seems to be ignoring the conversation. Never been much of a talker or listener when a stranger joined in. “Say, don’t you have other friends to talk to?”
“My classmates? Well… I arrived earlier than anyone else, so there’s that.” She awkwardly answered. Is that really the only reason, or is there more to it? Who’s to say, but then again…
“Sa on my end with my friend here. Quickly ca over while everyone else was still confused.” No one is even gonna know we’re here unless we chat on our phone… Maybe that’s why it’s allowed, so we can talk to each other in this ss, know where each other are, and all that.
*Beep* *Ring*
“” A rather whimsical tone rang out from the speakers. “”
“What’s going on over there?” Fiss asked, clearly just as puzzled as I am. I know that voice all too well. Any of the old guards know this weird hag.
“It’s Coach Wana. She fools around like that sotis.” I said, at least knowing that much. “Guess it makes sense for her to be here. Despite her tone she is a very strong athlete and fighter. This place looks like it’s hosting an event for either.”
“Now that you ntion it. What do they even need this stadium for? If it’s just for announcent surely they can simply announce it like earlier.” She said, clearly still confused.
“” Another voice rang out in the studio. Was that Rico? Where is this from anyway?
