Xia Ye was sleeping soundly.
Lu Yinxing took a set of pajamas from the walk-in closet and went to the bathroom.

Xia Ye remained unfazed, "Is what you make edible?"
Lu Yinxing pouted, "Why wouldn’t it be? I can learn, okay?"
Xia Ye didn’t say anything more.
Lu Yinxing asked, "Why did you suddenly wake up?"
Lu Yinxing thought he would sleep for a long ti.
Xia Ye suddenly handed her a phone, "Your call."
The phone was still vibrating.
Lu Yinxing glanced at the caller ID—it was Ye Xinzu.
Lu Yinxing hurriedly answered the call.
She reflexively checked Xia Ye’s expression and then took the call on the small balcony.
It was just a routine call to show concern.

Xia Ye’s voice was cold, "Still making dinner?"
Lu Yinxing suddenly lost interest, "Brother, let’s go out to eat. I want Feng’s Beef Noodles."
In the end, the two of them went to have beef noodles.
This was a private noodle shop on the snack street of the college town, very popular, reportedly run by two generations, and the taste hadn’t changed a bit.
Xia Yangyang also particularly loved eating at this noodle shop and would often bring the two of them here as children.
Even the proprietress recognized the two of them.
Seeing them, she imdiately smiled, "You two siblings haven’t been here in a while. Still two bowls of beef noodles, and one without cilantro?"
Lu Yinxing nodded.
