Yan Xinxin was taken aback. She crouched down and looked at Mu Chenxi with concern.
"Little Chenxi, where's your family? If you don't go ho, they'll worry about you."
As soon as she finished speaking, Yan Xinxin clearly sensed Mu Chenxi's mood drop. Her big eyes seed to be covered with a layer of mist.
"Then why don't you co with ?"
Yan Xinxin couldn't bear to press further. She also didn't feel at ease leaving little Chenxi here alone.
"Really?"
Little Chenxi looked up at Yan Xinxin expectantly.

Waiting outside, Yan Chenxi spotted his dearest mother holding hands with a little girl who looked as cute as a doll. He suddenly felt a bit jealous.

Under the warm glow of the streetlights, little Chenxi, standing behind Yan Xinxin, blinked her crystal-clear eyes as she looked at the boy walking toward her.
He's so handso, like one of those exquisitely drawn boys in ani. But he looks a bit serious—could it be he doesn't like ?
Little Chenxi silently thought to herself, feeling a tinge of disappointnt. She shuffled her small legs backward and cautiously hid behind Yan Xinxin.
"Xi, does your foot still hurt?"
As soon as she greeted her son, Yan Xinxin asked him imdiately.
"Don't worry, Xinxin. My foot stopped hurting a long ti ago."
"That's good."
Yan Xinxin breathed a sigh of relief. Noticing her son glancing behind her, she rembered she hadn't introduced the little girl yet.
"Xi, this is..."
"Hello! My na is Mu Chenxi. Big brother, would you like to be friends with ?"
Little Chenxi suddenly stepped forward, her sparkling eyes fixed intently and full of hope on Yan Chenxi. She reached out her delicate little hand as a faint blush spread across her fair face.
Typically acting like a little grown-up, Yan Chenxi felt a bit shy upon being greeted so directly by little Chenxi. Even his face flushed slightly.
He stood stunned for a few seconds before snapping out of it.
"Hey, our nas are the sa!"
"You're also called Chenxi?"
"I'm Yan Chenxi."
Yan Chenxi proudly announced his na.

The two little ones already seed to have beco friends. Feeling assured, Yan Xinxin hailed a taxi by the roadside and headed straight back to her apartnt complex.
Yan Xinxin walked in front, with the two little ones trailing behind her. She savored the cozy feeling of this mont.
Having both a boy and a girl must be so blissful...
"Xi, hold little Chenxi's hand. It's kind of dark here, so don't accidentally trip."
Yan Xinxin reminded him while taking out her keys to unlock the door. But strangely, the door wouldn't open.
She was still feeling puzzled when the door suddenly clicked open with a "kacha." Yan Zhirou's strikingly beautiful face imdiately ca into view.
With a loud "bang," a suitcase was shoved against Yan Xinxin's feet.
Yan Zhirou leaned casually against the doorfra, leisurely playing with her nails.
"Yan Xinxin, take your little baggage and leave now. You're not welco here anymore. Mom said she doesn't want to see you either. Having a shaless daughter like you brings disgrace to her!"
Yan Zhirou said disdainfully and then prepared to shut the door. Yan Xinxin quickly raised her hand to block it.
"Yan Zhirou, what right do you have to kick out? This is my ho!"
"Your ho? Ha!"
Yan Zhirou sneered with contempt.
"Yan Xinxin, this is not your ho! Just get out already! Take your little baggage and leave right now!"
