Yan Xinxin truly couldn’t understand. Still lost in confusion, Mo Chuxi leaned down and gently kissed the corner of her lips.
She blinked, staring dumbfounded at the man in front of her.
What was going on?
Was he out of his mind?
Why was he suddenly acting so tender?
"Mo Chuxi, what’s wrong with you?"
Yan Xinxin, confused, broke free from his hands.
His arms empty, Mo Chuxi seed to return to his senses.
Seeing the little woman in front of him looking at him full of suspicion, he froze montarily. Realizing he had lost his composure, his gaze and expression returned to their usual aloofness.
"Yan Xinxin, are you even a woman?"
He looked at her, slightly displeased, and opened his thin lips to speak.
This little woman had so decisively shoved him away. Any other woman would be eager to throw herself into his arms every chance they got.
"Don’t you already know if I’m a woman or not?"

As those words left her mouth, the surrounding air went quiet.
Yan Xinxin’s cheeks flushed, and only then did she realize sothing was wrong with what she’d said.
"Um, if there’s nothing else, I need to head to my part-ti job. Goodbye!"
"Did I say you could leave?"
Mo Chuxi reached out and held onto her wrist, his voice authoritarian.
"On Saturday night, co to a banquet with ."
"Huh?"
Yan Xinxin looked at Mo Chuxi in astonishnt, only to see him turn and hand her a black card.
"You’ll attend as my girlfriend, so... you understand, right?"
Yan Xinxin vaguely understood what Mo Chuxi ant.
Giving her this card probably ant he wanted her to buy an outfit for the event.
"Want to find soone to go shopping with you?"
"Huh? No need..."
Yan Xinxin snapped back to reality and declined.
"I think I’d rather not go."
"Hmm?"
"That’s an event for your upper-class society crowd. It’s not really my scene."
Yan Xinxin spoke while trying to shove the black card back into Mo Chuxi’s hand. However, he grabbed her extended hand instead.
His elegant palm was slightly cool, making Yan Xinxin lift her starry eyes to look at him in panic.
"Mo Chuxi, I don’t want to go."
"You’re going, whether you like it or not."
"...You’re being so unreasonable!"
Yan Xinxin furrowed her brows, unknowingly starting to feel a twinge of annoyance.
"Anyway, I’m not going!"
If she had to be around so many people and couldn’t control her gagging and dry heaving, wouldn’t that draw suspicion?
This was sothing Mo Chuxi, and everyone else, absolutely could not find out about.
"Yan Xinxin, Yan Xinxin, snap out of it!"
"Huh?"
Lost in thought, it took him several calls for her to finally co back to herself.
Seeing how Yan Xinxin completely disregarded what he had said, Mo Chuxi’s expression turned frosty.
"This is already decided. You don’t have the right to say no."
"Mo Chuxi, you’re being too domineering!"
Yan Xinxin protested indignantly.
"Domineering?"
Mo Chuxi pressed his lips together, a wicked curve forming at the corner of his mouth.
"The overbearing CEO falls in love with —isn’t that what you won all like?"

What the hell!
Yan Xinxin’s cheeks grew warr as Mo Chuxi suddenly reached over and pinched her delicate face, his seductive gaze locking onto hers.
"Lady Yan, if you want to turn pretend into reality, then Xi is my son. Do you understand?"

Yan Xinxin froze as she listened. Mo Chuxi leaned closer, his thin lips nearing her peach-colored ones...
"Chuxi."
A soft, feminine voice suddenly called out from the office door. Yan Xinxin instinctively wanted to dodge Mo Chuxi’s kiss, but his lips ca down hard, even pressing her head with his hand.
Yan Xinxin’s eyes widened. She clearly heard soone step closer from behind, but Mo Chuxi didn’t seem to care. Instead, he parted her lips and teeth, deepening the kiss even further...
