Yan Xinxin firmly stated her position, then turned and walked away.
Xiao Yiran’s expression darkened, and angrily he reached out to grab her wrist. Before Yan Xinxin could break free, a familiar figure swiftly appeared by her side.
Mo Chuxi wrapped an arm around Yan Xinxin’s shoulders, pulling her into his embrace. With his other hand, he forcefully brushed away Xiao Yiran’s offending grip.
"Don’t touch her."
A sharp, warning voice followed.
Xiao Yiran chuckled lightly as he flicked his hand.
"Young Master Mo, you’ve certainly arrived at the perfect mont. I’ve honestly never seen a teacher so protective of his student before."
"Xiao Yiran, listen up—Yan Xinxin is not just my student; she’s my woman as well. You’d better not even think about making a move on her."
Unbothered by Mo Chuxi’s warning, Xiao Yiran scoffed arrogantly.
"I don’t usually waste ti thinking—I prefer action. Given the circumstances, you’d better keep an eye on your treasure, Young Master Mo, because I won’t hold back."
He laughed.
"Oh, and next month at the jewelry exhibition gala, I promise to give this pure campus belle, Yan Xinxin, a trendous surprise!"
Mo Chuxi curled his lips indifferently into a smirk.
"As long as I’m around, every surprise Yan Xinxin receives for the rest of her life will be a genuine pleasant surprise."
His words struck a chord within Yan Xinxin’s heart.
Without even thinking, she reached out and held onto Mo Chuxi’s arm, beaming brightly under the sunny skies.

Mo Chuxi’s heart trembled at her response, while Xiao Yiran’s expression turned completely black.

Xiao Yiran stord off in a fit of fury.
Mo Chuxi’s lips curved slightly, his sharp gaze softening as he looked expectantly at Yan Xinxin.
"Yan Xinxin, don’t go back on what you said just now. No matter what happens in the future, you must stay by my side."
