"Is this trying to kill outright?"
Yan Xinxin silently thought, glancing sideways at Ling Siyu, who sat to her left with an air of smugness.
"Alright!"
"Since she wants to destroy herself, there’s no reason to stop her, right?"
"Professors, Young Master Xiao, I think Ling Siyu’s suggestion is very reasonable, and I agree we should do it this way!"
Yan Xinxin raised her hand in agreent as well.
Ling Siyu sneered coldly, casting a venomous glance her way and muttering a nasty curse.
"Still clueless even at death’s door!"
"Young Master Xiao, your opinion is...?"
The female tutor turned toward Xiao Yize to seek his input.
"If no one objects, let’s proceed as suggested."
"No objections, no objections!"
Ling Siyu sprang to her feet, eagerly agreeing.
"I think none of you would have any objections, right? If we don’t find this thief, we’ll all be implicated because of her!"
As she said this, she began coaxing the other girls.
"That makes sense! We must find out who this despicable thief is!"
"A hundred South African diamonds, do you know how much that’s worth? Whoever’s behind this is truly wicked!"
Ling Siyu raised her sharp eyes to glare at Yan Xinxin, with an even sharper tongue.
"I think this person must co from a very poor family! And clearly has no upbringing! Otherwise, how could soone stoop so low to do such a disgraceful thing!"
"Precisely! This thief must be downright malicious, utterly... black-hearted, and overly clever in her own mind."
Yan Xinxin followed up with a remark of her own.
"Ha!"
Ling Siyu scoffed coldly, mumbling softly.
"First ti I’ve seen soone trying to kill themselves this thoroughly."
"Alright then, let’s start from the first row for the check!"
The female tutor acted decisively.
A fortune in diamonds — if lost, there was no way she could bear the responsibility!
Ling Siyu looked on with detached indifference as the female tutor ticulously checked one person after another. She, of course, knew those people wouldn’t have a problem.
When the female tutor finally reached Yan Xinxin, Ling Siyu grew excited!
Yan Xinxin calmly took out the contents from her bag and, before everyone’s eyes, emptied it upside down. Not a single thing.
The female tutor promptly turned and moved to check the seat behind Yan Xinxin.
Seeing the female tutor turn away just like that, Ling Siyu instantly grew frantic and began stomping.
"Teacher Li! You haven’t checked Yan Xinxin’s clothes yet!"
Yan Xinxin smiled faintly upon hearing this.
"Ling Siyu, are you sure the diamonds would be inside my clothes?"

Yan Xinxin nodded, then generously grabbed her jacket. Under everyone’s watchful gaze, she flipped both pockets inside out!

Ling Siyu was dumbfounded on the spot!

Wasn’t it she herself who had personally placed the stolen diamonds into Yan Xinxin’s coat pocket? How could they not be there!
The female tutor turned again and continued to check the next seat.

"Ling Siyu, kindly take out your bag for the teacher to inspect."
The female tutor quickly reached Ling Siyu’s seat and promptly made the request.
Ling Siyu snapped out of it and put on what she thought was a gracious smile as she grabbed her bag, unzipped it, and began pouring its contents upside down.
"Tutor Li, how could a bag of diamonds possibly be in my possession? Feel free to look; my bag only contains lipsticks and..."
"Clatter!" With a loud sound, a bag reflecting dazzling light fell onto the lab table alongside her costics!
Ling Siyu’s face instantly went as pale as a sheet!
"This is the bag of diamonds!"
The female tutor exclaid in shock, her face swiftly turning furious.
"So it was you all along!"
