"Here, for you. I hope the girl I like can truly be happy."
He handed over the box.
Yan Xinxin froze montarily, but in order to quickly end this interlude, she still reached out to take it.
"Thank you."
She smiled faintly, but inwardly worried that Xu Nuo might say sothing else that would draw attention.
"Now that the gift has been delivered, shouldn’t you leave?"
Mo Chuxi had already lost his patience.
Xu Nuo stuffed his hands back into his pockets, turned his head with a carefree smile, eting Mo Chuxi’s cold gaze.
"My dear brother, I wish you happiness too!"
Mo Chuxi stared at him, his thin lips moved slightly.
"Thank you."
"Alright then, carry on with your ceremony! I have things to do, so I won’t stay to witness."
With that, Xu Nuo turned and walked away with an air of indifference, as though he had co to stir up trouble but decided against it.
Everyone present could sense the subtle tension a mont ago, yet now it seed to have dissipated.
Ning Zitong lowered her gaze to observe Mu Qianshui’s expression, her surprise evident.
Earlier, when it seed Xu Nuo was about to cause trouble, Mu Qianshui had smiled radiantly. But now that Xu Nuo left, her dissatisfaction was unmistakable.
She knew that Mu Qianshui envied Yan Xinxin for marrying Mo Chuxi, but she hadn’t realized her emotions ran much deeper—to the point of holding intense resentnt!
"Ahem, now that the interlude is over, let us continue the ceremony."
The priest worked to bring the atmosphere back to normal.
Yan Xinxin handed the gift box from Xu Nuo to Lan Xuan, then returned to the altar, linked her arm with Mo Chuxi’s, and once again put on a smile.

Yan Xinxin raised her resolute gaze again, looking at Mo Chuxi.

"I object!"
The word barely left Yan Xinxin’s lips when, shockingly, she was interrupted once again!
Her chest suddenly felt cold, and a nagging feeling crept in—that this wedding seed destined to be disrupted.
Everyone turned to the source of the voice, and imdiately recognized the person responsible.
Ning Zitong and Mu Jingheng were both taken aback.
"So this is where Shaoqian went this morning when no one could find him—he intended to ruin the wedding!"
Ning Zitong finally pieced it together.
She abruptly turned to look at Mu Qianshui.
At this mont, Mu Qianshui appeared utterly confused and innocent, her brows knitted tightly as though she were genuinely anxious.
"Mom, why is it my brother? Why would he—"
"Stop talking! I need to deal with this foolish boy imdiately."
Mu Jingheng said firmly, standing and striding toward Mu Shaoqian.
The priest frowned in consternation. A glance at Mo Chuxi revealed his sharp, darkly clouded face—already a brewing storm threatening ominous destruction.
"You insolent fool, what are you doing here? Get back imdiately!"
Mu Jingheng tried to stop him, attempting to drag Mu Shaoqian away.
But Mu Shaoqian remained stubbornly defiant.
"Dad, I’m here to bring a wedding gift to Miss Yan!"
He shoved Mu Jingheng aside, insisting on walking down the aisle toward Yan Xinxin. In his hand, he appeared to have a stack of docunts.
Seeing Mu Shaoqian’s careless, troublemaking deanor, Yan Xinxin could infer with certainty that this was an act on behalf of Mu Qianshui.
Mo Chuxi turned slightly, his eyes cold and deep like an icy abyss, radiating a chilling, bone-shaking fear.
"Mu Shaoqian, do you realize what you’re doing?"
"I already said, I’m here to deliver a wedding gift to Miss Yan!"
This ti, Mu Shaoqian had mustered all his audacity, marching forward to et Mo Chuxi’s threatening gaze directly.
"Miss Yan, this wedding gift—I imagine it’s sothing you wouldn’t want to miss!"
