The steady heartbeat suddenly jolted.
Yan Xinxin, her breathing sowhat erratic, stared at the folder in Mo Chuxi’s hand.
"The results ca back this quickly?"
"You didn’t know there’s an expedited service? Results can be ready in as little as three hours."
He spoke softly and gently, lifting the folder as he finished his sentence.
"Do you want to look at it for you?"

Yan Xinxin suddenly stretched out her hands, grabbing the folder from Mo Chuxi’s hand and clutching it to her chest.
In an instant, just like a child protecting sothing precious, she hugged it tightly with a serious and focused expression.
"I’ll look at it myself."
