Yan Xinxin, tense and worried, pounded on the door heavily with her hand.
"Mo Chuxi, don’t scare , just hurry..."
"Click." The sound of unlocking suddenly rang out.
Yan Xinxin stepped back, anxiously watching the door.
Imdiately following ca the sound "creak" of the door opening, causing Yan Xinxin’s breath to catch as she lifted her gaze towards the doorway.
At that glance, she accidentally t Mo Chuxi’s deep, alluring eyes.
Seeing Mo Chuxi carrying breakfast, Yan Xinxin’s tense heartbeat suddenly slowed down.
She stepped forward, grabbing Mo Chuxi’s arm with both hands.
"Xi, what happened? Is the door broken? Why was there no response when I called for help?"
Mo Chuxi lowered his gaze to the worried face of Yan Xinxin, then bent down to kiss her cheek.
"Good morning, baby."
Yan Xinxin was montarily stunned, then raised her face to smile.
"Xi, good morning."
"Co and have breakfast."
He spoke, freeing one hand to wrap around her shoulder.
Yan Xinxin always felt sothing was odd, but didn’t know how to express it, so she just followed Mo Chuxi to the sofa by the floor-to-ceiling window.
"I made bird’s nest porridge for you, picked out each feather by myself."
He said, bringing Yan Xinxin to sit on his lap, then picked up the bowl and plate.
"Baby, I’ll feed you."
His enchanting gaze looked at her, and under the morning light, Yan Xinxin’s flawless face ward slightly.
"No need to trouble yourself, Xi, I’ll eat by myself."
"Alright, then you eat yourself."
"Okay."
Yan Xinxin nodded, then held the bowl and plate, eating with the spoon bite by bite.
Mo Chuxi embraced her waist, his palm gently caressing her stomach, looking at Yan Xinxin with deep, adoring eyes as she ate the bird’s nest porridge.
The delicate morning light quietly draped across her petite face, that refreshing and pristine beauty, he only wished to have for himself.
"Xi, when are we going ho today?"
Yan Xinxin lifted her clear eyes to ask.
Mo Chuxi raised his hand to stroke her long hair, with a gentle, shallow smile.
"Don’t you want to spend a few more days of just us together?"
He asked.
Yan Xinxin’s motion of eating porridge paused.
"Of course I do, but Xi, considering your current condition..."
"I’m completely fine, there’s no issue, as long as you’re by my side, there’ll be no problems whatsoever."
Hearing these words co from Mo Chuxi’s lips, Yan Xinxin was unintentionally frozen.
It sounded like Xi had changed his mind?
It seed today they wouldn’t be going ho.
"Disappointed we can’t go ho? Or is there soone in An City you’re particularly anxious to see?"
"Yes, don’t you miss Xi and Chun?"
She smiled and asked, continuing to eat the bird’s nest porridge he had cooked himself.
"Just missing Xi and Chun, no one else?"

This sentence seed to carry so hidden aning, leaving Yan Xinxin stunned with the spoon still in hand.
Before she could make sense of it, a kiss lay gently on her cheek.
"Baby, eat slowly, I’ll head downstairs for a mont, then co back up to join you."
"Okay."
Yan Xinxin nodded obediently, watching Mo Chuxi’s handso figure exit the room.
"Click."
The lock sound, once familiar, suddenly rang out.
Yan Xinxin, in disbelief, set down her bowl and plate, imdiately turning to walk to the door.
She reached out to turn the handle, only to find, to her shock, that the door was locked from the outside!
How could such a thing happen!
Mo Chuxi actually locked her in the room!
Yan Xinxin was in disbelief.
"Xi!"
"Bang bang bang!"
Yan Xinxin shouted while pounding on the door.
"Xi, open the door! Why did you lock in the room! Xi!"
