The heavy rain of late autumn was falling harder and harder.

Xiao Yize helped Mo Qingning, who had sprained her ankle, to the clothing departnt on the 20th floor.
Since they were both drenched, they had to find so sample clothes to change into.
Mo Qingning hadn’t expected that her attempt to buy dinner for Xiao Yize would end up in such a disheveled state.

Mo Qingning slowly changed into dry clothes and sat on a chair.
Looking at the scraped skin on her palm and her sprained ankle, she felt both pain and helplessness.
Just as she was unsure of what to do, Xiao Yize ca over with a small first-aid kit.
He was wearing a white shirt, and even though it was a sample garnt, in Mo Qingning’s eyes, Xiao Yize looked tall, handso, gentle, and elegant.
Watching him walk up to her and take out cotton swabs and alcohol, Mo Qingning blushed slightly and obediently extended her hands.
"Thank you."
Xiao Yize paused slightly at her words, then smiled warmly.
"It’s no trouble."
As he said this, he took her right hand and used the other hand to clean her scraped wound with an alcohol-soaked cotton swab.

"Is there soone here at this hour?"
Mo Qingning wondered, just about to stand up when Xiao Yize pressed her back down.
He calmly withdrew his gaze and looked at her.
"Can you walk like this now?"
"I think... I probably can."
"Let carry you."
"...Eh?"
Mo Qingning was stunned, not expecting such an offer.
Xiao Yize turned his back to her.
Sensing his broad, tall figure in front of her, Mo Qingning blushed, hesitated for several seconds before leaning onto his back.

She opened her mouth and whispered her gratitude in his ear.
A slight warmth brushed past Xiao Yize’s ear, making him pause, then he carried her out of the clothing departnt.
Just as they reached the elevator, Mo Qingning saw two sowhat familiar figures step into the elevator, about to descend.
She raised her big eyes and waved.
"Could you please wait a mont!"
