Mo Chuxi’s fingers froze mid-air, suddenly taken aback.
This voice, he couldn’t be more familiar with.
And this voice he had missed all day long, possessed a magical power that swept away his gloomy mood.
At this mont, he only felt relaxed.
However, Mo Chuxi didn’t let a smile show on his face, instead he spoke coolly and distantly.
"Decided to co back?"
"I’ve been back early, waiting all along for Xixi No.1."

Did he hear it wrong?
Was it an illusion?
Was Yan Xinxin actually talking to him?
How could it be with such a coquettish, even charmingly delicate tone?
Mo Chuxi was feeling incredulous when he vaguely saw a silhouette walking towards him.
Just as he was able to see clearly the person in front of him under the corridor light, his body bent, followed by the sound of a door closing.
The room had no lighting, only a faint glow cast from the street light outside the floor-to-ceiling windows.
In a daze, he seed to see white snowflakes drifting down.
It’s snowing.
The first snow of this year.
But Mo Chuxi couldn’t afford to be lost in thought, as a pair of soft and smooth small hands landed on his cheeks.
Mo Chuxi’s heart beat fast, in a joyful rhythm.
His abdon subtly brushed against Yan Xinxin’s swollen belly, sensing the delicate presence of the baby inside her.
Mo Chuxi slowly extended his arms, gently placing his hand on Yan Xinxin’s waist.
Unexpectedly, upon touching, he discovered Yan Xinxin was only wearing a thin silk nightgown!
So sexy!
He wondered whether he was dreaming, just about to speak, but Yan Xinxin tugged at his tie, bending him towards her.
"Honey, did you miss a lot today?"
"Since you know I missed you so much, why act so cold?"
Mo Chuxi originally intended to feign indifference, but found at this mont, aside from acting coy with her, he seed to lose all other abilities.
"Not cold at all. I spent a long ti today preparing to make Xixi No.1 happy!"
Yan Xinxin said plaintively, suddenly tugging off Mo Chuxi’s tie and tossing it to the floor, then removing his jacket, her small hands finally resting on his shirt buttons.
Mo Chuxi felt completely passive at this mont, yet thoroughly enjoyed Yan Xinxin’s initiative.
"Doesn’t Xixi No.1 find it strange?"
Yan Xinxin asked in a teasing tone.
Mo Chuxi locked onto her beautiful eyes in the faint light.
She gazed at him, a smile bridging her brows.
"Does Xixi No.1 want to see how your darling looks now?"
He held her hand, his eyes electric and ambiguous.
"Yes."
"Shall I turn on the lights then?"
"Okay."
Mo Chuxi responded blindly, entirely captivated by Yan Xinxin’s words and actions!
Yan Xinxin smiled slightly, then slipped away from Mo Chuxi’s embrace, leaving behind a trace of light sweetness for him to savor where he stood.
"Beep."
The voice-activated light tinkled softly, instantly illuminating the room.
The crystal lamp cast beautiful rays, reflecting gorgeous halos.
Mo Chuxi stared in amazent, as if just adjusting to the abrupt brightness.
"Xi."
Yan Xinxin’s voice sounded from behind.
He quickly collected himself and turned around, only to be stunned by how Yan Xinxin looked at that mont!
