No one understands the situation of the Linghai Reserve Camp better than Master Xi.

What do you an you can't find a team to learn from?
You already have so much chanized equipnt and so many experts and engineers; you even have teorological experts. With the strong logistical support from the Changhang System and the Yangtze River Committee, you can't find a second team like this in the country.

"What about the Provincial Committee and Provincial Governnt?"
"I don't know if the provincial leaders know about it."
"Do your provincial leaders know that you have so much equipnt?"

Linghai is located at the tail of the Yangtze River, with well-constructed levees, so there's no need to worry about flooding.
Jiangcheng, capital of Jiangnan Province, is different. The urban area, like Hanwu, spans both sides of the Yangtze River, and the river surface is far less wide than the Linghai Waters. The second flood peak is approaching Jiangcheng. Although the Yangtze River levees have been comprehensively renovated before, the flood prevention pressure in Jiangcheng is still significant.
They can't even take care of themselves, so how could they allow such a professional flood control force to support Beihu?
Deputy Governor Zhou suddenly realized and couldn't help but exclaim, "Indeed, it seems we've scored a big win!"
