The day is going quietly, and Minjae’s teasing only stopped when he started to nap.

I tuck myself into my best friend’s side, looking at his soft features, and in no ti, I am staring at his stomach.

He is starting to show through his baggy clothes, the bump is small but there.

Minjae lets go of my arm and wipes away invisible tears.

"What’s for lunch?" Minjae goes to stand by Taesan, peeking into the pot he was stirring.

"Seoha, I guess we’re starving in this place...oh, it’s kimchi jjigae!" Minjae says, leaning down to take a whiff of the food in the pot.

"Uncle Minnie, dad made it for all of us!" Sooin squeals in her dad’s arm and he puts her down.

"Hi pup" I greet as she hugs and rubbing her face into my stomach like a cat.

"So, what do you heathens do for fun around here?" he asks, gulping his soup down and dropping the bowl.

"Of course, baby, let’s finish our food and do that" I agree with her.

As much as I want to see Minjae and Taesan fight over a video ga, I don’t want to be caught in the middle.

I just hope one doesn’t kill the other.
