Seoha’s POV
Sunday morning.
Back at my...forr ho, Daeshin and I would share our ti with each other, spending the day slowly before we start the weekdays.
I am lying on my bed, but I don’t rember sleeping here, I know I slept off trying to perfect the design for the red clothes.
"Hmm" I hum and stretch my arms above my head before sitting up.
I can sll Taesan’s mountain-like scent, a mix of rain and sothing herbal...the way he slls when he is completely relaxed.
My oga purrs at the knowledge that he might have spent the night with us.
I get out of the bed, running my fingers through my hair to ta it, and dragging my feet on the floor to find and put on my slippers.
Sooin must have kicked when she climbed out of bed.
Once I open the room door, I am hit with the happy noise of Sooin’s laughter and the dramatic sound of Taesan grunting.
A smile forms on my face before I even know it, the thought of the big mountain tiger playing around with his little child makes feel giddy. I follow the sounds and end up in the ho gym.
Taesan is doing push-up sets with Sooin sitting on his back and laughing with each push.
The sight is adorable and at the sa ti, my throat goes dry at the sight of the attractive alpha.
His thick muscles are bulging and beads of sweat run down his arm.
The top of his chest is visible and the tank top he is wearing only amplifies his body, and those sweatpants...
"Daddy! Dad is the strongest" Sooin calls and her voice snaps out of my daze.
Taesan lets out a huff and finally gets up, that’s when I notice that Sooin is fully dressed in a yellow sundress.
"Good morning" I say in a shy voice and the alpha doesn’t answer, he picks his towel and dabs it on his face, wiping off the sweat that I’d like to taste...no...what?
"You’re red, are you feeling sick?" he asks with genuine concern, and I turn my head away, up close, he is even more attractive.
"I’m okay" I whisper and Sooin hugs , saving from this strange feeling in my head and body.
"Daddy, aunty Yuki is taking on an ice cream date!" she says, bouncing on her feet and I look up, seeing the look of fondness in her father’s dark eyes.
Goddess, he loves her.
"I’m here, good morning, everyone" Yuki says her greeting as she cos in, she’s dressed in a matching yellow dress with Sooin, and her short hair has a bow.
"Wow...Yuki" I say in awe.
She doesn’t look like she works with the underground killer that goes by the na captain, she looks like a normal sweet young woman with red and black tattoos decorating her shoulder.
"I’m cute, right?" she twirls and Taesan tsks, "you know you have to recruit new n for tomorrow" he says and Yuki sighs.
"Yes, dad I know" she rolls her eyes, making Sooin giggle, "if she picks up and attitude, you will be responsible for that" Taesan says and opens his arms.
Sooin runs to him and gives him a hug before leaving with Yuki.
I smile at Taesan awkwardly as he walks past beckoning with his finger for to follow.
The sudden act confuses , but I follow him, quietly walking behind him till we enter into my room.
"The drawing you made is brilliant, and I would like to start working on it" he says in his deep voice and goes into my bedside table to pick the sketchbook.
"You’re the one making it?" I ask and he lifts my book to his face, mumbling as he looks at it, his posture and his gestures tell that he’s hiding sothing...
My possessive oga whines the thought that flashes through my mind...maybe he went to Jaemin, and he doesn’t want to look at anymore...
Jaemin is prettier anyways.
I put my hands in front of and bow my head, listening to his words and nodding along, he’s describing how he would sow it all today.
"Fuck, Seoha" the alpha snaps and I whimper, eyes widening as I realize that I am releasing distress pheromones.
"I’m s-sorry, I’m sorry" I stutter, lifting my hand to my neck and he holds my face, "what’s the matter?" he asks and I shake my head.
I want to ask about Jaemin...but I can’t...I shouldn’t.
"You...you...would you like to leave?" I ask in a small voice and he growls, "fucking look at when you talk to , why would you think that" he snarls and I look at him.
His furrowed brows, his nose, his lips and the stitch on his cheek...a stitch on his cheek?
"Kang Taesan" I whisper his na, grabbing his own face and he winces, "focus, I’m scolding you right now" he says and I shake my head.
"You got hurt again, where were you all day yesterday?" I ask, running my thumb over the spots that are freshly healing.
"If you drop this, we can start to sew the clothes..." he says and I shake my head again, "I told you to stop getting yourself hurt- mh!" the alpha cuts off with a kiss.
He pulls into him, and my body lts into his as he slides his hand down to my lower back, kissing slow and deep.
"You’re so talented" he says against my mouth and kisses again.
"Taesan-ssi" I whisper and he pulls back, "look how red you are, co on, the fabric won’t cut itself" he says and moves away from .
I watch him go out of the room, feeling warmth in my chest at his mischievous side...so he is this way too.
My oga purrs again, this ti out of relief, at least we know he didn’t go to that man.
"Seoha, co here with your design" he calls from outside my door.
"Yes sir!" I call back, running to obey but wondering, how long do I really have before he realizes that Jaemin is the one for him.
