While Dewrey, Tessa, and Rosabella headed to the Adventurer’s Guild, Fang Raon went in a different direction.

It was because he wanted to visit the rchant’s store before leaving the 1st floor, as he had Malik’s arrows.

He wanted to sell them.

At an alleyway, tucked between two buildings, Fang Raon arrived at the "Undershadow rchant" store and entered inside.

It wasn’t all that big of a building. It was a small store. There were shelves full of strange items and a variety of weapons on display.

The price tag on those items just made his head spin, so he ignored them and walked to the counter.

There was no one there, so he pressed the bell sitting on the counter.

"One mont!"

A voice ca from the back room.

There were shuffling and thumping sounds until the rchant appeared from behind a curtain, smiling warmly at the custor.

"Hello, how may I be of assistance?"

"I am here to sell."

Fang Raon placed the quiver at the counter, and the rchant put on his round glasses before checking them out.

"Eight wooden arrows and two iron arrows."

The rchant rubbed his chin and then gave his offer.

"4 square coins for those wooden arrows and ten for iron arrows, what do you say?"

’I visited the weapon store before coming here, and I saw that they sold iron arrow for 10 square coins per. I am getting half the price.’

Fang Raon crossed his arms and said.

"Fifteen for the iron arrows."

"Co on, I will be reselling those arrows, and I need to make a profit as well."

The rchant said.

"You are still making profit."

Fang Raon said with a smile.

"...Twelve square coins, take it or leave it."

The rchant said.

"Ok."

Fang Raon agreed to the deal and received sixteen square coins, increasing his wealth just a little bit.

"You would’ve been happy with ten square coins, wouldn’t you?"

The rchant asked with a frown.

"Yeah, but I’m not going to complain about getting more."

Fang Raon said with a chuckle and headed to the door while the rchant muttered, "fuck," softly under his breath.

He got played a little bit.

Fang Raon wasn’t going to overly fight over couple of square coins and just wanted to sell them as he didn’t want to carry them around.

’I checked the price tag on the cheapest sword in the weapon store, and it was 300 square coins. I would like to stay on the 1st floor for a little longer to acquire it, but...’

He knew that Dewrey and others were eager to leave the 1st floor, and they wouldn’t stay behind to wait for him.

It would an he would have to look for a new party, and sothing like that was botherso to find.

Fang Raon headed back to the Adventurer’s Guild, and it was the sa old—players roaming about, accepting quests, and looking for party mbers.

He entered the building, looked around for others, and then saw Dewrey sitting with a group of players.

They seed to be talking about sothing important.

Tessa and Rosabella were also there, but just standing behind Dewrey like flower decorations.

"...Yes, I agree."

When Fang Raon approached them, he heard Dewrey speak to the group, and their eyes slowly turned to him.

"You are back!"

Tessa said with a smile.

"...They are the ones?"

Fang Raon asked as he looked at the group of players—they looked like a formidable team—most of them had so leather armor on and proper steel weaponry.

"Who is this?"

Junior asked.

He was a sun-kissed young man with black hair and hazel-brown eyes. It was easy to consider him as handso with his angular features and confident deanor.

"This is Fang Raon, the fourth mber of our party. He is Warrior, so we’ll be having so damage dealers in the squad as well."

Dewrey said.

"...Alright. I’d like to be done with the boss before night. The 2nd floor is the winter floor.

"We might freeze to death over there if we have to aimlessly wander through dark, snow-covered forest at night as the temperature drops to very dangerous levels over there."

Junior said.

"I agree."

Dewrey said.

He also rembered his ti over at the 2nd floor.

Junior, and his party stood up. Counting Junior, there were six of them, and including Dewrey’s party, they had ten people in total.

"We are already doing it?"

Fang Raon asked Tessa.

"Yes. It is just the 1st floor boss, so I think we can handle it."

Tessa said with a smile.

"...What about healing potions? Better weapons and armor? I think the three of us are quite unprepared."

Fang Raon said with a troubled expression.

"You can always do the boss the other ti, but I will be doing it with my friends today. You can either follow us or stay behind. Your choice."

Junior said.

His friends threw stinky eyes at Fang Raon and followed their party leader, Junior, out of the guild building.

"We are coming!"

Dewrey said and turned to Fang Raon with a serious look.

"We got really lucky that party as strong as theirs were willing to take us with them. This is the perfect opportunity to get easy passage to the second floor."

"...Why would they want to bring us with them, though?"

Fang Raon asked.

"I don’t know, and I don’t care. Most likely, the more people, the rrier. We have Helper with Tessa, so I think they want an extra Helper to help with healing."

Dewrey said.

"...What about the treasure then? Will they get it all?"

Fang Raon asked.

"We will split everything equally. We will throw dice to decide who gets to choose first from the treasure, et cetera."

Dewrey said.

They then ran after Junior and his party. They left the city behind, and hiked down the dirt path, and the sky-connecting tower was already in sight.

The tower was massive, taller than any building they had ever seen, and it had double doors, which seed impossible to open by a human.

In that mont, as they approached the tower, Junior pulled out a key from his inventory, and it started glowing.

It was sohow connected to the tower’s doors as they slowly started to creak open.

’...Tower Key. It is the only way to open the doors to the tower. If we had gone without Junior, we would’ve had to find one by ourselves.’

Fang Raon thought to himself.

Every floor had their own Tower Key, so the 1st floor’s Tower Key wouldn’t work on the second floor, and vice versa.
