"...This is the another entrance?"

Della said in surprise.

She could barely believer her eyes.

’This is heading straight for the welcoming lodge. With this, it is so easy to sneak into Snowberry Village without anyone noticing.’

She thought, and then, she turned back to look at Fang Raon.

"And Rickard also found out about this?"

"Yes. He talked about how he was going to tell about this to Monsieur Rascal and use it to sneak into Snowberry Village."

Fang Raon said.

It made Della think, and she was thinking hard as this also opened up another possibility that scared her.

There might be more than two entrances to the quarry, and it was sothing they couldn’t ignore, but also, they couldn’t do anything about it just yet.

They had to do sothing and fast.

"Rickard will most likely try to contact Victor back in the real world, and tell about this place, but luckily, Victor will most likely stay logged in for a while.

"Maybe he’ll go eat and shower, but before that happens, we must do sothing, and I do have a plan."

Della said with a serious look and started heading back to the quarry, and Fang Raon ran after her.

...

Snowberry Village, near the Wall.

"...I don’t see any movent in their camp. It doesn’t look like they’re in custody of Della just yet or I would’ve seen her."

A sharp-eyed Ranger said.

"Then where could she be?"

Miranda asked with a worry.

"...And why they haven’t contacted us yet."

Rock said with a frown.

"EVERYONE!"

In that mont, they turned their heads around after they heard a familiar voice, and their eyes imdiately brightened.

Della and Fang Raon were sprinting straight at them, and they looked fine, much to their relief.

"Miss Della!"

Miranda shrieked happily, and enveloped Della with a warm hug, but then realized that she was the guild master, and imdiately backed off with a flushed face.

They were very close friends, but in the ti of war, she had to rember her place, but she just got so happy to see her alright.

"Where have the two of you been, and why haven’t you contacted us?"

Rock asked with a frown.

While he sounded very serious, he was also extrely relieved that the two of them were alright.

Hearing the voice of Della, all of Rose Records ca running over, and were equally happy to see her alright.

"...I am alright... Thanks to him."

Della looked at Fang Raon—a slight blush in her cheeks—which could be because of the cold weather or because she rembered the embarrassing monts in the quarry.

Everyone looked at Fang Raon in surprise and nodded at him with respect because it sounded like he was the reason why she wasn’t currently in the enemy’s hands.

"What about Rickard?"

Rock asked.

"...He killed him."

Della said with a smile.

This ti around, it truly shocked everyone, and they looked at Fang Raon as if he were so kind of monster.

He was just a Low Ranker, and he shouldn’t have had the capability to kill off High Ranker, no matter how lucky one was!

Fourth-Liners and Machary were shellshocked, and couldn’t believe that their team leader was capable of achieving such an incredible feat.

"I have sothing that I need to discuss with all of you imdiately. Gather around, and keep your voices low. We wouldn’t want them to find out that I am alright."

"...We couldn’t find Owen anywhere, so he must’ve already returned to Grinding Grief and told about how Rickard kidnapped Della. This could work in our favor."

Rock said with a whisper.

They all nodded, and gathered around Della while she spoke about the plan that they were about to do.

When they heard about the plan, they looked shocked. It was obvious they heard sothing surprising. They then listened intensely.

"...Alright, let’s do that!"

"...It’s ti to end this war."

Della said with a smile.

...

Outside the walls of Snowberry Village, in the camp of the two guilds.

"...Huff."

Owen stood outside the portable house, breathing out cold air, and looked at the sparkling stars.

"Owen, co inside!"

A shout ca from his new guild master, Derrick, and he turned around and entered the portable house.

The core mbers of the Grinding Grief and Monsieur Rascal were gathered around a eting table.

"Have you still heard a word from Rickard?"

Derrick asked.

"Nope. What about Victor?"

Owen asked.

It should be Victor who would know sothing about Rickard if he eventually contacted him.

"I don’t know anything. He hasn’t tried contacting . We cannot rule over the possibility that Escape Marble malfunctioned them in a way that caused all of them to die."

Victor said with a serious look.

"Is there a way for Rickard to contact you in the real world?"

Derrick asked.

"I do have his phone number."

Victor answered.

"Maybe he has sent you a text ssage there. Why don’t we all log off for now? Let’s eat, take a shower, and regroup here in a half an hour."

Rickard said.

Everyone agreed, and so of them left the portable house to tell others to stand guard while they logged off.

They were at their most vulnerable when they were logged out, so everyone else had to be on a full alert.

...

Near the campsite, hunched between thick bushes of a forest, the forces of Rose Records were waiting.

In that mont, an assassin returned. He ca from the campsite. He then undid his Stealth, and he looked to be smiling.

"The bosses are going to log off now. They’re making rounds, telling other guild mbers to keep watch. This is a perfect mont."

The assassin said with a smile.

"...They aren’t expecting this at all."

A player said with a smile.

With a nod, Della summoned her golden grimoire and looked to her left and right—every mber of Rose Records was present.

The first line... the second line... the third line... and even the fourth line, led by Fang Raon, was ready to strike.

"Attack..."

Della jumped out from the bushes, and at that mont, everyone followed behind her while they snuck into the campsite.

Nobody noticed them.

In that mont, the Rangers of the Rose Records unleashed a rain of arrows, and the moon disappeared from the sky as the arrows blocked the sight of it.

"...Ah?"

"...Why is it darker so sudden—"

The players wondered, and when they looked up, the arrows were already falling upon them, and pierced them to death.

Stab! Stab! Stab!

"We are under att—Urgh!"

It was swift. Silent. Unexpected.
