Fang Raon’s soldiers reached West’s tower, and without further ado, his Tank and Warrior started attacking it.
[Red Tower - HP: 990/1000]
Health slowly chipped away.
’Now, when will the Assassin co? West will definitely try to kill Helper first, so it’ll be easier to deal with the Tank and Warrior.
’Before, I would have no way of figuring out when the Assassin was going to attack, but now it’s different.
’Rock taught a way.’
Fang Raon thought.
When Assassins used Stealth, they cloaked themselves—almost like they put up an invisibility cloak—and the higher the level, the greater the concealnt.
With high-level Stealth, it was pretty much impossible to find the Assassin—unless one had an extrely high-level detection magic spell.
Now.
This Assassin was going to have a level 1 stealth skill.
Every skill was level 1 in General’s Ga, and thus, that ant that every skill had a weakness that could be exploited.
Stealth as a level 1 was actually a pretty poor skill, as it had one fatal mistake, and that was it really wasn’t that stealthy.
Even normal people could find level 1 stealth users.
It was because they left behind a sll of sulfur in the air, and when one slled sulfur in the air, one knew Assassin was nearby.
That sll, of course, disappeared once Stealth got upgraded to level 2.
However, there was one problem.
It was hard to pinpoint where the sll was coming from because the sll was coming from the holographic battlefield.
The sll of sulfur lingered all around the table.
Thus.
He had to do a complex technique—Soldier Fusion—to borrow so of his soldier’s senses in order to locate the source of the sll.
It ant that, with this technique, he could sll everything that his Tank was slling—who would have a much easier ti to pinpoint the source of the sll since he was directly inside the village.
It wasn’t all that easy.
Rock told him that it was one of the hardest techniques to learn, and even so professional players hadn’t learned it.
However.
Fang Raon learned it in one day.
It seed like he had quite insane talent for General’s Ga, and Rock doesn’t know that he has learned it yet.
He was planning to keep it as a trump card in case he needed it against Rock.
’Soldier Fusion.’
Fang Raon blinked, and then his sense of sll was replaced by that of a Tank, and the sll of sulfur beca less intense.
It ant that the Assassin wasn’t quite near just yet.
’Full frontal assault!’
West’s eyes were almost bloodshot.
His Assassin was crouching on a rooftop—looking down at the three soldiers—and he slowly pulled out the dagger from its sheath.
In that mont.
The Assassin stood up, leapt off the rooftop, and while falling down towards the ground, he suddenly started spinning.
It increased the length of his leap, and soon, he was falling straight down to the soldiers—or more precisely, towards Helper.
He had to get rid of Helper if he wanted to have any chance of killing Tank and Warrior quickly—if he couldn’t do that, it was going to be very difficult.
’The sll... Is coming from above!’
Fang Raon’s eyes widened in shock.
At that mont.
His Helper jumped off the shoulders of the Tank, and in the sa breath, Warrior and Tank jumped towards the air—their swords swooshing through the air.
’He... knows where my Assassin is at!’
West’s heart dropped to the bottom of his stomach as he realized there was nothing he could do now.
He couldn’t just magically stop his Assassin from falling.
"Crescent Slash!"
Warrior’s crescent-shaped slashes cut through the Assassin, and Tank’s heavy sword sent the Assassin tumbling to the ground in a pool of blood.
[Assassin has died!]
’It’s over...’
West collapsed onto the seat in disbelief.
He only had his Mage left, but it was useless, as it had zero attack spells that could damage anyone.
"Hey... Hey... Is West losing?!"
"...What? No fucking way..."
In that mont, so spectators noticed, and it turned loud in the balcony above, which happened to piss off players.
They wanted peace and quiet when they were competing, but then they heard that West was losing, and it also piqued their interest.
West was one of the winning candidates!
"Huh?"
Rock looked away from his match and looked directly at his student’s match, and even he couldn’t believe it.
’He has done it...’
Fang Raon didn’t look like he had won just yet and quickly continued attacking West’s tower.
He didn’t know whether there was so special skill that Mages could use when they didn’t have anything else.
He also knew of West’s prestige, and those dals on his vest were putting pressure on him—he didn’t think he would give up so easily.
However.
West had given up.
He had stopped giving orders and just watched with a blank expression as the health of his tower kept dropping.
"...This is truly fascinating."
Lady Diana watched from a distance away, and she giggled to herself, feeling silly about herself for a mont.
She thought that Fang Raon didn’t have the sa "aura" as Rock’s forr students had—who all beca legendary figures of the tower.
He felt... normal.
’I should’ve known that Rock wouldn’t choose soone normal to be his student.’
anwhile, Bunny and Sunny finished their matches, and they noticed that a crowd had gathered on the balcony above table 1.
They noticed that it was Fang Raon going against West.
Since they were further away, they hadn’t heard about the murmurs about West’s loss yet, so they slowly began walking towards the front desk.
They didn’t want to disturb either of the competitors, and honestly, they thought that West would easily win.
In that mont...
"Hey... Sister... Isn’t West losing?"
Sunny said in disbelief.
She managed to notice that two of West’s soldiers were dead, and the health of his tower was pretty low.
anwhile, Fang Raon’s situation looked excellent!
"...What?"
Bunny’s eyes widened in surprise.
"God damn it!"
At that mont, at one of the tables, an angry-looking man with a bushy beard slamd his hands on the table.
He looked angrily at the young woman across the table but froze when he saw her chilling smile, and he quickly scurried away.
"He is winning, huh~"
Anna giggled and turned around to look at the face of her brother, and she felt butterflies in her stomach.
She saw how everyone was now looking at her brother—with amazent and wonder—it was exactly what she expected to happen.

[Red Tower has been destroyed!]
[Winner—Fang Raon!]
Clap~ Clap~ Clap~
At that mont, a round of applause filled the surrounding area, and every player couldn’t help but look over.
To their disbelief, West collapsed on the table with a defeated look, and Fang Raon stood up in a victorious pose.
"...Good match."
The referee ca over and said. Then he wrote sothing down on his notepad. Then he ripped a page and handed it over to Fang Raon.
With a smile, Fang Raon took the paper to the front desk—everyone moved out of his way as a sign of respect—and the young woman at the desk looked stunned.
"Here."
Fang Raon handed her the paper, and she looked at him with shock before she realized she had to do her job.
"Ah, right... Congratulations on passing to the round of 32!"
She went to the tournant bracket board, and moved Fang Raon’s na to the next round, which was going to be played tomorrow.
’The round of 32, the round of 16, and quarterfinals are played tomorrow. The semifinals, bronze match, and gold match are played the day after tomorrow.’
Fang Raon thought.
In that mont, Bunny and Sunny walked past him, gave their papers to the young cleric, and then turned to look at Fang Raon.
"Nice match."
They said.
"However, you’re going to lose the next one."
They said.
"...What do you an?"
Fang Raon asked.
In that mont, they pointed their thumbs over at the tournant bracket, and he saw the young woman move their na tags.
[Round of 32 - Fang Raon vs. Bunny]
"You’re my next opponent?"
He looked at the pink-wearing girl, Bunny.
"Good luck, but you will lose. I hope you had fun, at least, because you got very unlucky to face next."
Bunny said.
She then grabbed Sunny’s hand, and they walked out of the building.
’They don’t lack self-confidence, that’s for sure.’
Fang Raon thought to himself as he watched them leave.
He didn’t leave just yet and watched Rock’s match—it was pretty intense—eventually, Rock won.
Rock received the paper from the referee and ca over to the front desk and handed it over to the young woman.
"You did well, but I happened to notice that you didn’t follow my advice."
Rock said.
"...I had a plan."
Fang Raon said with a smile.
"...It looks like you did. We’re free for the rest of the day. The Sun Festival will start when the sun goes down, so do you want to head over to the cottage and get so of the freshly fished fish for dinner from the market?"
Rock asked.
"Sure."
Fang Raon said and followed him out of the building.
