"Bankai!!"

"Ressatsu Kōjō!!!"

As Kiganjō shouted the release command, the pillar of Spiritual Pressure surged into the sky!

At the sa ti, a square-shaped barrier expanded outward from him with a whoosh.

In an instant, it enveloped nearly a kiloter in every direction!

Aizen, holding his Zanpakutō, glanced around curiously.

"A domain-type Bankai... I've only read about these in books. This is my first ti seeing one in person."

Hearing this, Kiganjō slightly raised his head.

Just as he was about to speak, Aizen continued, "From what I know, domain-type abilities achieve a certain level of interference with the real world through the user's own Spiritual Pressure."

"Such powers are often imnsely powerful but difficult to control."

"With your level of strength, can you truly master it?"

"Or... did you unleash it recklessly out of anger, knowing full well you couldn't control it?"

Seeing Aizen speak these words with a smile, Kiganjō was furious.

With a roar, he swung his blade fiercely at Aizen, who stood just a few ters away.

Sssshhh—ssshhh—ssshhh!!

Over a dozen wounds instantly erupted across Aizen's body!

He burst apart like a tiny firework made of blood.

A look of surprise flashed across Aizen's face as blood sprayed from his body, and he collapsed to the ground.

Kiganjō instinctively grinned.

But then, his vision suddenly blurred.

After a brief mont of haziness, his sight cleared again.

In that split second, where Aizen's corpse should have been, there was only a small pile of shredded rocks.

Kiganjō's smile froze.

Before he could even process what had happened, Aizen's voice suddenly rang out from another direction—

"Hmm, it seems like an ability similar to your Shikai."

"But that doesn't quite fit. If it were just an enhanced version of your Shikai, what would be the purpose of this barrier?"

Startled, Kiganjō turned his head and saw Aizen standing calmly about a dozen ters behind him, stroking his chin in thought.

Without hesitation, Kiganjō swung his blade at Aizen again from a distance.

Just like the first ti, nurous wounds burst open across Aizen's body, and he collapsed with a thud, unable to support himself.

In the blink of an eye, the corpse turned into another rock.

Kiganjō's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Another rock?! What's going on?!"

Gripping his Zanpakutō, he even began to wonder if he was dreaming.

And then, Aizen's figure abruptly appeared in yet another direction.

"I see. I think I understand now."

"Your Shikai's ability is to release invisible slashes."

"As for Bankai, it may seem like an enhanced version of Shikai, but in reality, there's a significant difference between the two."

"Your Ban—"

"Shut up! Shut up!!! You bastard, just die!!!!"

Kiganjō roared, slashing wildly at Aizen over a dozen tis.

This ti, Aizen's body didn't just spray blood—it was far worse.

His limbs and torso were instantly severed, turning into a chaotic ss of flesh before even hitting the ground.

Normally, seeing a hated enemy reduced to such a miserable state would have brought a twisted grin to Kiganjō's face.

But today, he felt no joy at all.

Who knew if this bastard was truly dead or just faking it?

Sure enough, the mont the chunks hit the ground, they all turned into stone.

Kiganjō felt his heart twist in his chest.

And then, that voice—the one that was driving him insane—spoke again.

"Your Bankai creates minute spatial fractures. Compared to invisible slashes, this ability is far harder to defend against, and the damage is far more irreversible."

"Because it involves manipulating the rules of space, your Bankai must be confined within a bounded field."

"Pity. The way you wield it is far too rudintary."

"With proper refinent, this could have been an imnsely powerful ability."

"With your pitiful talent and dull mind, you've perfectly demonstrated what it ans to waste a treasure."

Listening to Aizen's calm explanation, Kiganjō finally snapped completely.

"Shut up... shut up..."

"I said SHUT UP!!!"

His spiritual pressure suddenly surged once more.

Amid the swelling tide of spiritual energy, Kiganjō leaped into the sky with a flash step.

Standing high above, he took a deep breath and raised his sword high.

Then, he began wildly slashing at the wasteland below!

In an instant, the entire plain was riddled with twisted, winding spatial fissures.

Stone pillars crumbled one after another, and earthen mounds were torn apart.

Aizen stood in a small clearing, using Kyōka Suigetsu's power to disguise himself as a rock.

Whenever he sensed a spatial fissure forming nearby, he shifted slightly.

To Kiganjō's eyes, it rely looked like a rock rolling under the force of his spiritual pressure.

Suddenly, Aizen's expression changed.

Damn it… He had been so focused on toying with his opponent that he forgot sothing crucial!

Under Kiganjō's frenzied, indiscriminate attacks, a section of a small mountain was blasted open.

Inside lay various chanical instrunts and large tanks filled with the corpses of Shinigami.

Though half-maddened, even Kiganjō couldn't help but freeze at the grotesque sight.

Then, as if noticing sothing, he abruptly turned his head toward a spot not far away—

"Got you!!!"

With a twisted grin, he stomped midair and charged in one direction!

Watching where Kiganjō was headed, Aizen blinked in surprise.

When Kiganjō shouted "Got you," he had assud his own spiritual pressure had been detected.

So why was he rushing in the opposite direction?

A terrible suspicion ford in his mind.

No longer caring about exposure, Aizen imdiately flash-stepped into the sky to see where Kiganjō was heading.

In the distance, Kiganjō cackled wildly as he slashed repeatedly at a field of scattered rocks.

Dozens of spatial fissures turned the small rocky area into a chaotic ss.

Debris flew everywhere, space distorted—if an ordinary Shinigami stood nearby, they'd be shredded into minceat.

The next mont, a dark figure shot out from the chaos.

Under the gaze of both Kiganjō and Aizen, the figure landed atop a stone pillar.

Aizen frowned slightly.

Killing intent surged within him.

This eavesdropper must have seen his laboratory.

Though well-hidden, the mont his lab was exposed, a trace of spiritual pressure had leaked out.

This person could not be allowed to leave alive!

Just as Aizen abandoned his playful deanor and prepared to strike seriously, the dark figure suddenly let out a furious shout—

"Damn lunatic! You're attacking the wrong guy! The one you want is over there!"

"My pants cost 20,000 kan! You ruined them, you idiot!"

Aizen: "..."

Hearing that voice, his blood pressure spiked.
