In the original work, when Yamamoto erupted his pressure, Ise Nanao, the 8th Division's Lieutenant facing his terrifying aura, was defeated without a fight, overwheld by his presence alone. This illustrates the sheer oppressive force of a Demi-god's Reiatsu.
Fortunately, these ordinary Shinigami were relatively distant. Had they faced Toshiro's pressure head-on, their lives might have been in danger. Only Captains could move freely, unaffected.
Other Shinigami, even seated officers and Lieutenants, felt discomfort.

After this sigh of admiration, Komamura continued towards Toshiro's location. Though Toshiro's pressure affected him, it didn't impede his movent.
On the remote mountain where Toshiro was-
The entire mountain had beco an icy peak. Dozens of miles around had transford into a frozen world, and the frozen area continued expanding, threatening to reach inhabited zones.
Swish!
In the nick of ti, Yamamoto appeared.
"What?!" Yamamoto exclaid, shocked by the scene Toshiro created.
'To cause such imposing might imdiately after breaking through? It seems Toshiro's strength might not be much weaker than mine now,' He thought, astonished.
Yamamoto had reached the Demi-god level over two thousand years ago. Though he hadn't fully broken the Shinigami limit to beco a god, his accumulated foundation was imnsely deep, and he was the closest existence to a god.
Yet, Toshiro, just having broken through, was already nearly his equal. How could Yamamoto not be amazed?
But now wasn't the ti for astonishnt. Glancing around, Yamamoto understood the critical situation. The remote mountain was uninhabited for dozens of miles, so despite the freezing, no actual harm had occurred yet.
However, if left unchecked, the entire Seireitei, even the Soul Society, risked being frozen. This wasn't an exaggeration but a likely outco.
Yamamoto knew full well the environntal damage beings of his level could cause when unleashing their true power.
A thousand years ago, Yamamoto battled Yhwach. The result was undoubtedly Yamamoto's victory. But during that fight, with Yamamoto in Bankai and fighting with full power, rely the aftershocks nearly destroyed the Soul Society.
Post-battle, the Soul Society lay in ruins, with countless Shinigami and Rukongai's souls dead or injured.
Let alone Toshiro, who after breaking through, was unrestrainedly unleashing his power.
"It seems I must intervene," Yamamoto said gravely.

Yamamoto lightly tapped the ground with his cane. Wooden splinters fell away, revealing the Zanpakuto within.

Yamamoto's Zanpakuto slowly left its sheath.
"All Things in the Universe, Turn to Ashes. Ryujin Jakka!!" Yamamoto chanted, releasing his Zanpakuto.
"Jokaku Enjo!"

Blazing flas erupted from Yamamoto's Zanpakuto, forming walls that encircled Toshiro from all sides, preventing his Reiatsu from freezing more of the surroundings.
Without Toshiro's Reiatsu sustaining it, though the dozens-of-miles frozen area didn't thaw, at least the freezing didn't expand further.
"Whew!" Yamamoto sighed in relief.
Then, he sensed others approaching.
Swish! Swish! Swish!!
Several figures appeared… Captains of the Gotei 13.
"Old Man Yama, what on earth is happening?" Kyoraku asked.
Yamamoto replied gravely, "As you see, Captain Hitsugaya experienced a breakthrough. His released Reiatsu inadvertently affected the surroundings slightly."
"'Slightly affected'?" The Captains glanced at the scene, speechless, 'If this was 'slight', then what were we?'
Most present couldn't create such a fearso scene even with full-force attacks, let alone Toshiro, who caused this rely by unconsciously releasing power during his breakthrough.
"Yare yare," Kyoraku sighed helplessly. "When Toshiro first reached Captain-level, I thought with his talent, it'd take about a century for him to surpass . I've never imagined that just a few decades later, he'd far outstrip ."
And that was just regarding level. In terms of combat power, Toshiro had long surpassed him.
Hearing Kyoraku's self-deprecation, the others paid no mind, instead focusing intently on Toshiro within the Jokaku Enjo.
"Hmm?" Yamamoto suddenly made a sound of surprise and doubt.
