"Not many people would agree to their residence being a sacred place and watched over by divine punishnt that could strike at any ti. On the positive side, it would reduce cri. I said while teasing Duchess Kaori about the advantages and disadvantages of a Goddess’s sacred place.

As ti passed, I learned that the heretical sect possessed a mother monster and a nest where the monsters could mate. Furthermore, the mother monster also possessed remnants of sacred magic from the vessel used by the Goddess of Destruction during her descent to this mortal world.
Judging by the complex situation and the ability to move behind the scenes, I can only guess that soone knew about this and planned all the attacks that happened behind the scenes.
This kind of systematic attack couldn’t have co from one person, I’m pretty sure of that.

On the other hand, Jeanne and Furina wore the sa facial expression as they glanced at Duchess Kaori with a cynical look in their eyes.
I, who was sitting on the sofa, received various strange looks by them and forced to smile awkwardly.
"O-Oohh... R-Right," with a small sigh like this, I got ready to pamper my pet, who hadn’t seen its owner for a long ti.
