Chapter 393: The Walls Close In
Nikolai sat at the edge of the bed, reflecting to himself. Leona lay behind him, hair ssy, in a deep sleep, with a contented smile on her lips. In his hands was a small phone, and the display showed a single na in neon blue.
[Selene]
“Are you listening, Nikolai?”
“Of course I am.”
He could feel the toes of Leona prodding and stroking him from behind, cute actions he never expected but appreciated just as much.
“My mother said that your hunch was correct.” Selene’s tone beca more serious as she sighed into the phone. “This is definitely related to the other two doors you ntioned. And what you said about the strange vial and black blood you swallowed…”
She paused for a mont.
He wondered if she worried about him.
Selene struggled to show her feelings to others, though after so long together, Nikolai managed to understand her better than before.
“Go on… I can take it.”
“Mm, I know you can. But, what if this was part of their plan all along… so sick and twisted plan to complete you.”
Though it was a little bizarre to hear.
Nikolai listened to her and enjoyed her annoyed snort, the change in her breathing as she switched between flirting and serious conversation. Although they had theories about what Alucard planned, in the end, Selene’s call wasn’t about that.
“I don’t care about you sleeping with Leona, as long as you are safe and happy… We can deal with anything else over ti.”
“…” Nikolai tried to stop his lips curling because he could picture her pretty face trying to hide her jealousy with a slight pout. “I love you, Selene.”
“W-What?! Where did that co from?” She giggled for a mont before her voice beca stern. “Hmph, you say that when you’re naked in a hotel with another woman!”
There was a mont of silence on the call.
The window rattled as a train pulled into the station, and even the sound of the showerhead dripping echoed as the pair sat holding their phones.
“Selene?”
“Yeah?”
“Are you happy?”
“What?” Her voice lifted a pitch as if shocked by his sudden question, then he heard the sound of her shuffling in bed, and sothing tapping the bedside table before she huffed. “Of course I am you fool! Hahahaha.”

Selene’s laughter echoed for several minutes before she snorted like a pig and suddenly beca silent.
A shy voice followed.
“Y-You didn’t hear anything!”
“Like what?”
“Just say no!”
“Haha.”
Their conversation continued for hours before, finally, Nikita’s voice sounded from the other side of the call, and she wrestled Selene’s phone.
“Hey!”
“Nikita.”
“Co ho, I miss you so much~”
“I’ll be there in the morning. Can’t you wait that long?”
“Hnnng~ if you don’t buy so ice cream, I will bite you!”
“You bite anyway…” He sighed while trying to hide the amusent in his voice. Sotis, Nikita beca mature and seductive like Nagisa, her mother, but most of the ti, she was cute and energetic, like sneaking into his room in the past.
“I promise, which flavour?”
“Hmmm~ sour cherry and cream!”
“Well behave. I’ll see you soon… get so sleep it’s good for our baby.”
“Ah!? Hehe~ You haven’t said that before.”
The excitent in her voice made Nikolai smile. He hesitated in the past, maybe a little reluctant to accept his role as a father.
“It’s the truth, right? I’ll make sure to say it more often from now on… our baby.”
“Good, now hang up, so you can co back and rub my tummy!”
“Sure, I’ll be back by the ti you wake up.”
Although their race didn’t need to rest long, pregnant female werewolves could sleep for half a day, even longer while their body prepared for the future, so her request was reasonable.
However, Nikolai considered staying up and arriving ho with the sunrise.
However, she knew him well enough to know his habits, so her soft voice spoke from the other side of the phone, louder than before. It seed as though she sat up to answer him properly.
“But, you should rest, no, I am telling you to rest…!” She humd, making the sound distort through the phone speakers. “I’ll punish you if you stay up too long!”
“Yeah Yeah…”

Nikolai spoke with the pair for a little longer before the call ended; that’s when the sheets behind him stirred with movent.
Leona slipped through the silk sheets and hugged his back, kissing his neck. “Mm…” Her softness brushed against the red marks she left hours before in their mont of passion. “My body feels so sore, Master.”
“Sorry, I got carried away, but it’s because you asked to bite you so much.”
Nikita’s words had already stirred his appetite; the scent of her skin was enough to send the mind of a male into a frenzy.
Though Nikolai kept his lust under control, he knew his bite was rougher than usual, and the pain of her wounds was probably his fault. “Let get so food. You need to eat.”
“No, it’s fine, this feeling… is sothing you gave .”
Different from her first ti, this felt more genuine… Nikolai showed more desire and destroyed Leona’s worries.
“We should head back after eating, I need to report to the Butler and plan for our future…”
Nikolai closed her lips, kissing her gently, and moving down her neck to her collarbone, the base of her soft bust. Leona moaned in his ear as her nails dug into his back. “M-Master…”
“Call Nikolai, or Husband.” He grunted, hugging her body tightly and pushing her down onto the bed.
“Hnng~ Husband…” Leona’s voice beca quieter as he parted her legs with his huge hands, spreading his warmth through her body.

Leona limped towards the parked convertible sports car, her legs heavy like jelly as she looked back at Nikolai, who remained energetic and calm.
“How are you fine after two hours…”
Nikolai shrugged his shoulders, and a playful smirk appeared on his face. “I guess I am just an over-achiever.”
“Shut it!” Leona’s atmosphere seed calr and less stiff around him.
The morning sun shone on her pale skin, giving her an almost angelic aura as she sank into the passenger seat. Nikolai looked at the ravished maid and chuckled. “You look exhausted.”
“Whose fault is that?”
“I don’t know, who?”
Leona punched his arm, her strength nothing compared to his own. But she still puffed her cheeks in a way that made him laugh.
He placed a hand on her thigh, the soft at swollen from where he had tightly squeezed it during sex, the imprint of his fingers now a delicate red marking. He loved this part of her body, the way her hips flinched as he held them, the sound she made while held in place.
“Ahh… it hurts.” Leona moaned, though her voice was anything but upset. It was sweet, and her hand rested on his. “My leg is weak because of you. How will you repay ?”
Nikolai turned the ignition key, and the engine roared to life. It was a brand new sports car with a tan leather interior, and the rear spoiler vibrated from the exhaust note.
“How about we go for round four?”
“!? Don’t be so horny!” Her voice climbed an octave before she blushed and looked away. “I-Idiot, my body won’t last if you go so deep inside and rough every ti. Besides, don’t you have to care for your wives too?!”
“Yeah… I guess I got a bit too excited.”
Vroom!
The car shot out of the parking lot, leaving a streak of burning rubber in its wake. Leona held on to the passenger door as Nikolai shifted into first gear and took off down the street. “I enjoyed last night,” Leona muttered, her voice drowned in the engine’s roar, but still clear to him.
“I’m glad.”
“Ahh?!” She suddenly cried out.
“What’s wrong?” Nikolai looked at her from the corner of his eye as they pulled onto the highway.
“I didn’t think you could hear .” Leona pouted before turning her face to the window, the wind tossing her hair into the air. Her cheeks flushed, and her mouth loosened into a smile. “It’s like a dream co true…”
Nikolai felt the warmth from her skin, her happiness, and contentnt as they headed for the city outskirts, back to their manor.
His chest beat slowly, not out of boredom but contentnt.
He also felt the sa and realised a lot from their night together.
This feeling was similar to his ti with Selene, Nikita, and the other won he loved. Though Leona was much shyer and submissive compared to them, maybe because of being a maid, she accepted all his requests.
“Master?”
“Hn, you can call Husband. At least when we’re in private…”
Leona nodded her head gently. “It’s going to get dangerous from here, right?”
“…” Nikolai sucked in the cool morning air blowing from the open window and narrowed his eyes, focused on the road. “Yeah.”
Those bastards wouldn’t let him go… it felt like the walls kept shrinking, to keep Nikolai in place.
