Chapter 396: The secret Party
“Wake up….”
A voice echoed, filled with concern and worry.
The anxiety in the voice made it more of a shrill cry than a scream, call or shout.
“Nikolai, Wake up!”

“What the fuck!?”
Suddenly, Lunaria’s hand ca down hard on Nikolai’s hips, the impact causing his eyes to snap open, as he grabbed her wrist and flipped her down to the ground with a low thud.
“Kya!?”
‘When did I fall asleep?’
The last thing he could rember was drinking the tea offered by Amphitrite, but now he was in a small, but comfy room with decent furniture and decor.
He shook his head and focused on the beautiful woman beneath him, unable to stop touching her cheek. “You look cute when you blush.” His fingers brushed across her softness, Lunaria’s eyes dilating as her lips kissed his fingertips.
“Really, do you really think I am cute?”
There wasn’t a reason to lie, and mories of being scolded by Kumiko a few nights back when she fed him drugged tea to sleep ca back to him.
‘After all, I always push forward with my own thinking and complicate things.’

Lunaria usually seed so strong-willed and tough on the outside.

Nikolai pinched her nose, enjoying the cute noise as she tried to breathe, snorting while struggling against him, truly, Kumiko and the others were right.
He was always overcomplicating things.
“What ti is it?” He asked.
“Nn… just before dinner. Alexei said you had plans for tonight and sent here.”
She avoided Nikolai’s gaze and looked to the side, a red hue spreading from her cheeks to her neck. Her pale skin made her current feelings obvious.
“Well… I should get dressed.”
“Hmmmn!”
With a nod, Nikolai let her go.
But not before he leaned down quickly and pecked her cheek.
There was still sunlight outside, so Nikolai didn’t sleep for long. It might have been the constant action, sex, and work he’d been forcing upon himself for the past few weeks, especially the last day or two, that were over the top.
In the city of Drevnos, there was a special event every sumr to celebrate the yield of exotic berries and fruits used to create their unique and famous brand of wines, jams, and other specialities.
Of course, for the supernaturals, the richest and sweetest tasting blood wine ca from the Drevnos wineries and vineyards. To the far east of the territories, the soil is perfect.
Because of this, in the distant past, the Rulers of the Everen family held a special event in their castle, allowing both foreign supernaturals and humans to mingle over three nights.
The first night would be just for humans, and only the top brass could attend, especially foreign royalty from abroad.
Then, on the second, it would be opened to humans and lower-ranking supernaturals like the local population in a party of sorts.
Finally, the last night would be dangerous, so most humans were advised not to attend; instead, only mbers of the SSS and higher-ranked supernaturals would attend.
‘Well Grandfather apparanetly visited several tis over the past decade.’
“So does that an Alexei has decided to follow plan B?” Nikolai asked Lunaria as he started to change clothes, but no response ca. His old pants hit the floor, and the warm sunlight bathed his nude figure.
“Ah…”
‘I can hear you swallowing your saliva, Luna…’
The only sound that ca from her throat was vague hums and sounds, before he started pulling on his CK boxers, where her eyes dulled slightly, but she still enjoyed the delicious abs on display. ‘Never knew she was a closet pervert.’

Nikolai continued his strip show for a few minutes, letting Lunaria enjoy it before she slowly returned to normal and looked up at him with her big, silver eyes.
“Alexei… he said that Alaric’s plan wasn’t good enough… and the fact that Alaric changed it so he would climb from a different spot made him suspicious.”
‘Yeah… too.’
Since there was an event simultaneously, Nikolai wondered why not just use it.
The enemy must know he would be trying to et his grandfather in such a manner.
Instead it would be retarded to think Nikolai would NOT co.
“It’s probably a trap, are you still happy joining ?”
“Hah? And letting that rmaid date you alone… NO WAY!”
Lunaria crossed her arms and puffed out her cheeks, turning her head away. The sight of her looking so cute almost made him grin like an idiot, but he did need to talk seriously about the current situation, so he coughed, trying to regain so semblance of authority.
“If that’s how you feel, I’m glad.”
Knowing he treated her differently, he wanted to bridge the gap with Lunaria. Not only did he force her into another body, but he forgot her for over a decade as she suffered for him and Selene. “Did you like the dress I bought you?” He asked Nagisa for help, wondering how she was doing.
‘Ever since Nikita beca my wife, she treats even more like her own child…’
Nagisa gave a little advice in return, and Nikolai went out of his way to buy a few things for the girls. Lunaria’s outfit was a beautiful silver and blue dress with matching jewellery. The shoes had short heels with a comfortable lining because Nagisa told him how horrible high heels would be for them to attend a party and fight later in the night.
“It’s… really nice… thank you.” Her shoulders slumped slightly, and her eyes were wide open as she stared at him. Lunaria suddenly started fidgeting with her fingers, as if sothing else was on her mind.
“What’s the matter?”
“N-No…” She stuttered, looking at him before turning away, cars passing the window with a low hum. “I just thought…”
“Thought what?”
“Nevermind…” She mumbled and moved towards the door, reaching for the handle.
‘You’re not escaping that easily… not after worrying .’
In a flash, he grabbed her hand and wrapped his arm around her waist, pinning her against the doorfra. Our lips brushed together, yet she didn’t seem unhappy, in fact… she smiled.
“Do you love ?”
The question was out of left field, like soone hitting him in the gut with a sharp hook.
‘Wow, that’s…direct.’
Lunaria was staring at him, waiting for an answer, and he could tell she had wanted to ask this question for a while.
“I love you, even though we might have shared sothing special in the past… The now, loves the you I t after forgetting everything.” His big hand slipped through her silky hair and cupped her cheek. “Do I deserve your love, to love you after leaving you in such a hellish place for so long?”
The words seed shocking to Lunaria.
Her eyes opened wide, her pupils shrank, then dilated as her breathing increased.
Once again, tears were dripping down her smooth cheeks.
After Leona, Nikolai stopped holding back his words and feelings completely. He finally understood many lessons from his mother, Nagisa, even his wives…
‘I was a dunce… a fool… how could I leave such a lovely woman untouched, so she doubts herself like this?’
Leaning down slowly, Nikolai kissed Lunaria’s lips. Her hands reached up and caressed his shoulders as he held her tightly.
There was sothing different about Lunaria.
Her soft tongue pushed into his mouth, aggressive and greeyily it curled around his cheeks, then wrapped his tongue as her lips sucked on the tip. The sounds from her throat sounded like moans, slurps, and sothing else.
Nikolai’s free hand moved down her back and grabbed her buttocks.
“Mhmm!” Luna’s hips bucked forward at the touch, and she reached up on her tiptoes to kiss him deeper, their breaths intermingled, hot, sweet and fruity.
Neither of them realised how long the kiss lasted. They only beca aware when both were panting, drool coating their lips, and the taste of each other filling their mouths.
“I see… I see…. hehe, everything was in my head.” Lunaria bead, hugging his chest tight.
Lunaria pressed her breasts up against him and gave an imnse feeling of softness. Her hair and skin tickled his nose. ‘She slls like orange blossoms and pogranate.’
“Kai… let’s go, I want to wear that dress and attend the party you tried to keep secret.”
Her fingers reached out, interlocking with his as she led him away.
There was a sense of confidence in her gaze that didn’t exist before; maybe now she could face anything thanks to the boost his kiss gave her.
Tonight would be special for all of them.
