With that in mind, Noah reached out to Roland again.
Roland was both surprised and delighted when he received the news, especially after learning that Noah had obtained three Small Spirit Veins this ti.
Valcres City was the northern location Noah had chosen.
As the deputy director of the Transcendent Managent General Bureau, Roland was stationed in Valcres most of the ti. He had always envied his colleagues at the New Sea Branch, who enjoyed a rich spiritual energy environnt. Now, Valcres would finally have the sa advantage.
Not long after, Roland sent over a detailed list.
It included several potential locations near the three cities where the Small Spirit Veins could be deployed. Most of them were not within urban areas, but rather in regions with scenic mountains and clear waters, ideal for sustaining spiritual energy.
Noah casually selected three locations. Then, transforming into a bolt of lightning, he shot through the sky and left.
In less than an hour, he had already reached all three sites, deployed the Small Spirit Veins, and received gifts from the world will in return.
Designated Reward Fourth Order tis three. His refinent permission was also upgraded to level 10.
After that, Noah began to connect with Civilization Convergence Zone. The mont he chose to enter, his consciousness left Blue Star and stepped into that mysterious realm.
It felt as though he had crossed an imasurable distance, yet at the sa ti, as if he had transcended both ti and space.
Noah arrived at the Civilization Convergence Zone.
The mont he entered, a system prompt sounded in his ear.
[Detected significant changes in Blue Star Civilization’s data. The civilization’s ranking on the Civilization Pillar has been updated.]
A light screen imdiately appeared before him.
[Blue Star Civilization]
[Civilization Level: First Level Civilization]
[Civilization Index: 1,755,310]
[Race Potential: Excellent]
[Highest Awakener Rank: Fourth Order]
[Ranking: 530,970]
"This change is truly significant."
Noah let out a quiet sigh.
The last ti he had co here, Blue Star’s Civilization Index was only 10,086, its highest rank was Three Order, and its overall ranking was beyond seventy million.
Now, aside from the unchanged race potential, everything else had undergone a dramatic transformation.
The Civilization Index had surged to 1.75 million, the highest rank had reached Fourth Order, and the overall ranking had leapt to 530,000.
Calling it an earth shaking transformation would not be an exaggeration.
And all of this had happened in just about ten days.
Noah carefully thought back. What exactly had changed on Blue Star during this ti?
The birth of the world will. Blue Star stepping into the extraordinary. The deploynt of Small Spirit Veins. The ergence of Fourth Order Awakeners. The return of universal rewards. And the explosive growth in the number of First Order and Tier 2 Awakeners, along with a large increase in Three Order Awakeners.
For a normal First Level Civilization, such progress would likely take more than a year.
Yet Blue Star had achieved it in just over ten days.
With a rise of more than seventy million ranks, Noah could not help but wonder what kind of rewards they would receive.
A hint of anticipation appeared in his eyes.
[Congratulations to Blue Star Civilization for ranking between one million and ten million among First Level Civilizations on the Civilization Pillar. Reward: Animal and plant growth speed increased by 100 percent.]
[Congratulations to Blue Star Civilization for ranking between one hundred thousand and one million among First Level Civilizations on the Civilization Pillar. Reward: Success rate of forging, pharmacy, alchemy, and similar skills increased by 100 percent.]
Two system prompts rang out one after another.
Noah showed a hint of surprise.
The rewards from the Civilization Pillar were indeed unique. The higher tier rewards were all aid at benefiting the entire civilization.
And both of these rewards were extrely valuable.
Animal and plant growth speed increased by 100 percent. Setting animals aside for now, both the Wuhan Root Seedling and Yellow Marrow Rice were plants. This buff would have a huge impact on them.
After all, both had already been planted for quite so ti.
The Spiritual Wheat Root Seedling had been growing for over a month, and Yellow Marrow Rice had also been planted in New Sea City. Yet, there had been no harvest so far.
It was not due to any mistake in the planting process. The issue was simply that not enough ti had passed.
Yellow Marrow Rice in particular required a high concentration of spiritual energy and normally took a full year to mature.
Even with Awakeners handling the cultivation, along with planting related Talents, various skills, special items, and support from modern technology, the growth cycle had only been reduced to about six months per harvest.
That was still far too slow.
Now, with this growth buff, the maturation ti would be reduced to three months.
While still not exactly fast, it was a huge improvent compared to before.
If their ranking continued to rise and similar rewards were obtained in the future, special resources like Yellow Marrow Rice would finally be able to play a truly significant role.
As for skills like forging, pharmacy, and alchemy, Noah had not focused much on them, but he still understood their importance.
Starfall Country had already begun developing these industries on a large scale.
Although they had not yet ford a complete system due to the short ti fra, the direction they had taken was undoubtedly the right one.
It would be a mistake to think that such industries were unnecessary in an Awakened world.
While it was true that weapons, equipnt, pills, and potions could be obtained by clearing instances, their drop rates were far from guaranteed. Moreover, the number of instances a person could clear was limited.
Once an individual’s growth value reached its limit, obtaining more items from instances would no longer be possible.
Weapons could break. Consumables like pills and potions would eventually run out.
Relying solely on instance drops was not a sustainable strategy.
These industries ford the very foundation of a civilization. And the longer a civilization developed, the more critical they would beco.
"I hope that the next ti I co here, Blue Star Civilization’s ranking will be even higher, and we can obtain even better rewards."
Noah thought to himself.
