The clash was powerful enough to push the orc a few steps backward.

Then the man moved his sword slightly.

It was Ronnie.

He had arrived just in ti to save both of them.

At the sa mont, Suman rushed over to help the injured woman.

First, he moved the broken wall away from her leg.

Then he carried her up while pulling the child close beside him.

"I will take them sowhere safe," Suman told Ronnie.

Ronnie nodded imdiately.

"Okay. I will handle this. Get them out of here fast before more monsters co," Ronnie said.

Without wasting ti, Suman carried the woman and took the child with him before quickly leaving the area.

Then Ronnie looked back toward the orc again.

And the mont he looked carefully—

He realized this orc was different.

Normal orc monsters were usually C-Rank monsters.

But this one was far larger than the orcs he had fought before inside dungeons.

Its pressure alone felt dangerous.

This orc was close to A-Rank.

The sa level as Ronnie himself.

That made the battle far more dangerous than before.

Then both of them rushed toward each other again.

The orc raised its massive axe and attacked downward.

Before the attack could hit him, Ronnie blocked it with his sword.

The orc attacked again.

Ronnie blocked once more.

Again.

And again.

But Ronnie still did not counterattack.

He only focused on blocking the attacks.

Because until Suman and the others escaped far enough away—

He could not fight freely.

Then after a few monts, Ronnie finally felt they had reached a safe distance.

Slowly, he raised his sword.

"You made the biggest mistake of your life when you attacked this village," Ronnie told the orc coldly.

Blue light began glowing around his sword as mana flowed into the blade.

Then Ronnie continued,

"Because what you did today... caused your own death."

"Now die."

The mont he finished speaking, Ronnie rushed forward at full speed.

At the sa ti, the orc swung its axe toward his head.

But just before the attack landed—

Ronnie dodged to the left side.

The massive axe slamd into the ground with explosive force and beca stuck between the broken earth and a nearby wall.

Using that opening, Ronnie stepped onto the damaged wall and jumped toward the orc before it could pull the axe free.

Blue flas burst around Ronnie’s sword as mana exploded outward.

Then—

With all his strength, Ronnie swung his blade.

The attack sliced through the orc’s neck in a single motion.

The massive head fell to the ground.

Ronnie landed behind the body as the blue flas slowly disappeared from his sword.

But the fight was still far from over.

Because he had only killed one orc.

And there were still many more monsters attacking the village.

Just killing that single orc had already consud half of his mana.

In another area, many villagers were still fighting against the orcs.

Because the mansion was built on higher ground, the villagers used that advantage to defend themselves.

Whenever the orcs tried to climb upward from below, the villagers threw stones, wood, and anything else they could find at them.

But there were not many people left to fight.

Only around twenty people were still defending the area.

Hina was also there.

She was moving from person to person, healing the injured villagers with her magic.

Many people were badly wounded.

So could barely breathe.

Others had already died before reaching safety.

The large mansion they were hiding in had originally been built long ago for a noble who once lived there.

It stood slightly above the village and far enough away that the entire village could be seen from there.

Several won were also helping Hina carry the injured inside.

But the situation was terrible.

Many villagers were missing.

Many were already dead.

The people who managed to escape from the village continued running toward the mansion for safety.

Then suddenly—

A man ca running from another direction.

It was a path known only to a few villagers.

He climbed upward desperately until he finally reached the mansion.

The mont he entered inside—

Everyone looked toward him.

The floor of the mansion was already filled with injured people lying everywhere in pain.

So cried weakly while others remained completely silent.

Hina and the others continued helping everyone as fast as possible.

But only Hina could use healing magic.

That made it impossible for her to save everyone at the sa ti.

Even so—

She still kept trying.

Then the man finally reached the doorway.

When he opened the door, Hina imdiately looked toward him.

The man standing there was badly injured.

And his right arm was gone.

Blood covered his clothes as he struggled to remain standing.

Hina recognized him imdiately.

He was one of the temple workers.

"Soone... help them..." the man said painfully.

His voice trembled from pain and exhaustion.

"The orcs attacked the temple... and destroyed it..."

Everyone inside froze in shock.

"I don’t know how... but the temple barrier protected by the magic item was destroyed..."

"And now... all the children are in danger..."

The mont those words were spoken—

Hina’s expression changed completely.

Her hands started shaking imdiately.

Because Arya and the other children were still there.

Without wasting another second, Hina and the others rushed out to save them before it beca too late.
